Is Noel credited for it ? Or Noel and Neil Innes?

Noel (75%) and Neil Innes (25%), according to the Oasis chord book.

He freely admits lifting the odd melody here and there, but Noel was genuinely shocked when he heard the identical melody from the Innes song, as he'd genuinely never heard it before. Maybe he did hear it once, and it was lodged in his subconsciousness?
Reminds me of the story that Paul McCartney genuinely thought he came up with the name Eleanor Rigby, and was freaked out that it was the name of a local Liverpudlian from years before who was buried at St Peters Church in Woolton where he met Lennon. He surely must have glanced at it in the passing - absolutely amazing how the brain works!
