Between the B-sides that comes with the A-side, and the A-side itself, which two stand out to you as your two favourites?

Some Might Say without a doubt.
The other one would probably be Don't Look Back In Anger.

Some Might Say: brilliant song and a solid package of B-sides. DYKWIM: mainly for the song itself, but also because of that little gem that is Angel Child. DLBIA comes close though... I fuckin' adore Underneath the Sky

I'd never heard of bsides before Dyou Know What I Mean. The amount I hammered that CD when I bought it, albeit the Heroes hasn't aged well. Then I'd say Hindu Times, it has Idlers Dream on it doesn't it? Says it all.

I'd have to agree with the majority on here in saying that DLBIA and SMS are probably the two best, but I'd argue Lyla and Go Let it Out are good in their own rights, along with DYKWIM. All Around the World is a good single, too, but I feel like there are just too many Noel-sung songs on that single, considering the era.

Based purely off the songs themselves:
1. D'You Know What I Mean? 2. Don't Look Back In Anger 3. All Around the World 4. The Importance of Being Idle 5. Some Might Say 6. Go Let it Out 7. Lyla 8. The Hindu Times
With B-Sides:
1. D'You Know What I Mean? 2. Don't Look Back In Anger 3. Some Might Say 4. All Around the World 5. Go Let It Out 6. The Importance of Being Idle 7. Lyla 8. The Hindu Times

Well if we're including b-sides it'd be 'Some Might Say' and 'Go Let It Out', with the former being by far the best. However based off the a-sides alone this is my personal preference:
1) Some Might Say 2) D'You Know What I Mean? 3) Go Let It Out 4) The Importance of Being Idle 5) Don't Look Back In Anger 6) The Hindu Times 7) Lyla 8) All Around The World

The Hindu Times I generally agree with that, but I'd probably go with: 1. Don't Look Back in Anger 2. The Importance of Being Idle 3 (tie). All Around the World/D'You Know What I Mean? and then the same four you went with. Some Might Say and Go Let it Out are both really good, and share a lot of the same qualities. Lyla's a good singalong song, and The Hindu Times is alright.

They weren't #1! Unfortunately.. Oh I misread the thread's title. I thought "Your 2 favourite Oasis UK singles". My bad.
