Hi all, I've started a new music podcast called The StageLeft Podcast. The show lifts the veil on the music industry, giving a new insight of the working practices of the greats by telling the stories of those possessing a unique vantage point. I interviewed Mike last month in Paris before Le Zenith gig and he gave a great insight into Noel's working practices. Mike also discusses his life in music, collaborating as keyboardist for Stevie Nicks, Sheryl Crow, Dave Gilmour, Amorphous Androgynous and Oasis. I speak to Mike as the album he is touring sits at Number 1 in the UK Album chart, his ambition to play with Jonny Greenwood and gives advice for young musicians entering the industry. You can listen for free here: www.thestageleftpodcast.comIt'd be great if any of you would like www.facebook.com/thestageleftpodcast or our twitter @thestageleftpod Thanks, Simmo P.S. I've another absolute beaut of a podcast for you guys with someone closely tied to Noel and Liam that is quite revealing that will appear in the next few weeks.

Well, that was a great listen. Interesting to hear Mike tell his story and to get to know more about him. Sounds like a lovely guy.
Now all that's left to do is find out more about that song they did.

Great idea for a podcast series and refreshing to hear an interviewer who's well researched and knows his subject.

Thanks for the feedback guys.
Mike really laughed at my Appleton joke but the dictaphone was in the wrong position to pick it up.

Great podcast. Now I understand why he quit touring with Oasis at the end of the nineties.
