Hopefully the "real" fans get tickets. Up to 100 Pounds, how dare you Noel?!

I'm guessing either the album is announced there or before that.

Is this going to be on the radio/streamed? If not we need to get a man/woman on the inside to make note of everything asked/answered.

So do you think this has anything to do with this new release ? I doubt. I don't think it will be even mentioned. He will talk about how he wrote Live Forever and all.

I REALLY wish Alan McGee wasn't dug up for this. Not really needed. What is he going to do? Ask questions about himself? He's the most "meh". Not needed there.

Note, this is NOT a press conference for the new album…that said, I would seriously doubt that no one asks him about new material.

So a single being released in October is very unlikely now?

I haven't heard anything of interest that he has said. Ever. He once said Oasis split was good because it would 'now pave the way for Glasvegas to be the biggest band in the world'! Decent first album, but come on! And Oasis weren't even the biggest band in the world! I've said here before, I flew down to London last year to City Airport and I was standing next to him on the Docklands Light Railway. I never spoke to him, wasn't overawed in the slightest.

Alan McGee hasn't been relevant since about 1996. He can cling onto "discovering" Oasis but that was a long fucking time ago man. What have you done since? A couple failed projects and "quit" the spotlight for a few years. I wish it wasn't so but that is the truth of the situation.

I hate to say this, but having a panel discussion about Noel's life and work sounds a bit pretentious. Would make more sense if those guys had a general discussion about music or just hire a few journalists and call it an interview. Am I the only one who finds that a bit strange? Or maybe it is the first and they make it sound as if it is mainly about Noel for marketing reasons?

It's fans paying to "interview" Noel for charity, what's wrong with that?

That's what I'm wondering. to give it some structure vs 90 mins of fans asking silly questions a mixture of another artist, an industry guy and a music editor will make it more enjoyable for people spending £100 to sit listening to an interview for 90 mins
