Personally I use 'All Around The World', always a nice pleasant start to the morning. Have used 'Headshrinker' a couple of times though for the early starts.
Other songs that I think would make good alarm tones:
- Rock N Roll Star - Columbia (used that a couple of years back, had to change it as I always wanted to hear the full song!) - Be Here Now - Flick Of The Finger
So that leads me to the question,
What is the best Oasis song to use as an alarm tone?

Whatever and then all day you have in mind that you are freeee do to whatever you want. But dont use songs that you like as alarm. You will start to hate the song.

I would say RocknRoll Star. Liam would agree I'm sure.

Hung In a Bad Place hits you like a ton of bricks so that could work if you're a deep sleeper

I use My Big Mouth as my ringtone. The opening riff works very well.
The only problem is when I'm listening to Be Here Now, I have a slight panic when it plays now as I think it is my phone.

Exactly. Use the song you hate. I tried that with some horrible horror movie music once. Every day was terrible because of how negatively it started, I think its better to have a nice positive start to the day.

I've never had an Oasis ringtone/alarm, but what about that "sunshiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine" bit from Cigarettes & Alcohol with Liam's "this one is for you f**ker"?

Roll It Over (Roll it over my sooooull, leaave meee hearyaaaa)
I'm Outta Time (The chorus, If I'm to fall...)
Stop Crying Your Heart Out (Where Noel sings back up as one and another for the chorus)
For text tone I took Fucking In The Bushes Riff and sped it up slightly.
These are all my favorites above. So from Oasis/BE and NGHFB these are all the ones I use or created:
Can You See It Now(explosive part near the middle-end) Record Machine(chorus) A Simple Game of Genius (chorus) Broken Arrow (chorus) What A Life (chorus) Better Man ( ahhhhhhh and I know you'll understand...and then the following verses) Boy With The Blues (Some part of the 'Come on togther' and it repeats) Everybodys On The Run (Chorus 'Hang in there love, gotta hold on' and so on) Fade Away (Chorus) Flick of the Finger Remix version (Starts with horns at the beginning and continues, doesn't hit lyrics) Four Letter Word (Starts with riff and then goes into vocals shortly after) Girls In Uniform (intro. Great tune for timers) If I Had A Gun (chorus) My Big Mouth (Chorus) The Good Rebel (chorus starting at Heaven helps you...' Guess God Thinks I'm Abel (last bit, 'No one can break us' and continues to the very end 'make it tonight' Shine A Light (intro) Soldier On ('Hold the light...' and continues. Actually great tone for waking up to) Start Anew (Starts at the drums, goes through it, stops before Liam's yeah yeah yeahs start) The Beat Goes On ('I'm the last of a dying breed..' and into chorus) The Meaning Of Soul (chorus) The Morning Son (Chorus with the guitars and lyrics going through the melody) The Roller (Here I come...'and into chorus Those Swollen Hand Blues (Chorus) Where Did It All Go Wrong (chorus. And then one with the intro with the overlayed drum loop from demo version) Wigwam (I'm coming up...)

What a life or Fucking in the bushes would be cool too, yeah.
D'you know what I mean might be cool too, especially the chorus.
I personally need some energetic songs to wake up, they don't even need to be fast, though I prefer them to be. D'you know what I mean would be an exception. Songs like I'm Outta Time or If I Had A Gun would be too relaxing and I'd probably fall back asleep.

Sets an initial good, happy mood for the rest of the day. I don't even have an Oasis ringtone right now though. Haven't for awhile actually. I've been going from The Real People tunes, Beecake tunes and even to the Game of Thrones theme song. Then I had My Body Is A Cage - Arcade Fire for about a week and a half and now I'm on Shout Me Out - TV On The Radio.

Some Might Say would be a bright alarm tone to wake up to. That opening guitar bit just screams "Get up and get going, man!! Come on, day's gonna pass you by!"

Not Oasis, but for a long time, I had You Never Give Me Your Money by the Beatles as an alarm. I urge anyone to try it, it's quite lovely waking up to that piano intro. I still love it now as well, I'll never tire of the opening verses to that number...
Just be sure to turn it off before he comes in with the "Out of college..." bit, that can grate early in the morning.
