so mine has turned up. corner of the vinyl is all bent. what am i supposed to do - suck it up and pay the full price for something thats broken?! or spend another load of money sending it back. either way Im out of pocket. Das ist nicht gut. Why don't you contact with them and tell them and send them a photo of your vinyl? It may not help, but better take some action. Good luck.

I was just wondering if anyone in the USA that ordered this has received their copy yet. I live in Pennsylvania and haven't got mine yet.

I emailed them and asked if I could pay via PayPal but they said no. I got someone with hsbc account to pay for me using these details that they sent:
Name / Postcode :Axel Springer Vertriebsservice GmbH Bank name: Postbank Hamburg IBAN: DE74200100200096025200 BIC: PBNKDEF
And used my order number in message box. They did charge £4 but that's better then £25 that Santander wanted for the payment.

It'll take some time as the shipping to Holland took nearly a month. I crossed the border to get my copy this time again like I did for the issue with "The Roller" vinyl, but shops didn't have it at all, so I had to order it. and for the UK people, the way JamesDalt has done seems the best way if you've never done an international payment by internet banking.

Woo, mine arrived today! I think this is the first vinyl that I have that is 33rpm on one side and 45rpm on the other. I'll try and pay Rolling Stone asap, sounds like it's going to be fun!

Nice Found! I just checked mine too and yes, A side is 33 rpm on, but B side is 45 rpm. Will check if free "The Roller" vinyl they released 3 years ago is same, but I've flamed it, so will do it when I have time.

So my invoice arrived today, but with no Magazine/Vinyl... Does this come separately? No, magazine with vinyl has to be included invoice. You better contact with German RS. I remember the last time with "The Roller" vinyl 3 years ago Jim posted that he received only invoice without magazine, so he contacted with German RS and they were very helpful (or something like that)?

That's right Mimmi, I received an invoice but no vinyl / magazine back when it was The Roller vinyl. I emailed Rolling Stone and explained the situation. They offered to send another copy to me. They were very polite and helpful but I said no as they couldn't send it registered post to guarantee delivery. I ended up buying The Roller vinyl via eBay for a cheaper price as well as guaranteed signed for delivery. I never ordered the Champagne Supernova vinyl this time around, again I'll pick it up via eBay or Discogs market at some point in the future.

Thanks Jim. Everyone who only received an invoice without magazine with vinyl, better email German RS as soon as possible.
At least they could send a comfirmation email when the order is placed.

I might take the high road on this one. If they have to send out another one, it might not arrive, and we might end up going around in circles. Similarly, I've heard rumours of big charges for international money transfers, so I might take the ebay/discogs approach.
Am I liable to any cost if I do nothing?

You don't have to pay for what you never received. For the UK people the ebay option might be cheaper or follow what jaq515 has done.

An update for those interested. My order arrived yesterday, I used transferwise.com to pay who charged me a total £10.76 to transfer the €11.90 which isn't too bad.

I've had another invoice turn up today, still no vinyl or magazine!
I've emailed them saying I dont want the item anymore and that I'm not paying!
I picked up a copy of the vinyl at that Ignition stall the other weekend so regret ordering it even more now

Hi mate transferwise.com looks like a good option to pay this. Although I cant get it to work. Every option to currency I pick; I get the "Entered IBAN cant be used for selected currency" error. How did you get it to work? I assume you are sending euros to the recipient and had the "recipient needs a specific amount of EUR" option at the top? Any pointers welcome! Thanks TB

Thanks TB I don't know about UK, but in Holland (and I think in the most countries in European mainland) we have to use IBAN since February this year. IBAN is "Country code+Initial of your bank+your bankaccount number", so IBAN (bank account) of German Rolling Stone is DE74 2001 0020 0096 0252 00 (it's on the invoice). I ordered another 2 copies 2 months ago, but since I didn't receive anything, I emailed them a couple of weeks ago and they sent me my order last week. I just completed my payment. Good luck!

Thanks TB I used 'recipient needs a specific amount of EURO's' and it just allowed me to enter the 11.90. I didnt get any messages about the IBAN number being for the wrong currency so if it persists it might be worth dropping them a message to get it clarrified. Cheers
