I received my copy today. However the magazine and vinyl sleeve were damaged because of the rain (yes, the packaging was that cheap).

I translated the invoice and I'm not sure I understood it well... If I send them my bank informations, they will withdraw the amount needed for this magazine issue?
I just hope I won't have to pay 20$ CAD a month for a magazine I can't even read.

For the people who don't know how to pay for this copy:
All you need is:
- Beleg/Nr (your order number) - IBAN DE74 2001 0020 0096 0252 00 (This is the German Rolling Stone bank account number where your payment goes)
You can find both in your invoice and with these ones, you can complete your payment online or bank transfer. Don't forget to mention your order number (Beleg-Nr.), otherwise they don't know where the payment comes from.
Also it says "Please complete your payment within next 14 days".
This is the same payment methode they've had for the one with "The Roller" signed vinyl 3 years ago.
It's a new nice item for my Oasis collection. A bit disappointed that there's only 2 page article about Gallaghers.

Where do you actually go to pay it though?
And as someone else said, I hope the payment is just for this issue and not every month

And as someone else said, I hope the payment is just for this issue and not every month Did you buy German Rolling Stone with "The Roller" signed vinyl they released 3 years ago, welshylad? If you did, the payment this time is same as then. It's € 7,90 each inc. postage for Germany and Holland (maybe Belgium and France too?), so yours must be a bit more as you're from UK. I paid it online, same payment methode I do when I buy a CD online. Hope it helps.

For me, transfer to a non-danish account was a complete separate department on my online banking - couldn't just transfer from my account as i do with bought items from Danish sellers.
Entered the IBAN no. (without blanks) - the BIC/swift no. filled in automatic so guess i'd done it right.
(Weird that RS Germany doesn't have a more easy way to pay for an item, paypal etc.)

It's in the first post in this thread: abo.rollingstone.de/das-heft/Shop/article623394/rolling-stone-ausgabe-10-2014-mit-exklusiver-oasis-7-vinyl-single-rolling-stone-issue-09-2014-plus-exclusive-oasis-7-vinyl-single.html Scroll down, then fill the form (Anzahl/Quantity) - depends on how much you want and your name, address, then click "Kauffen" (Buy). You won't get a comfirm mail, but they'll send you the magazine with a vinly and invoice, then you pay. Good luck.

You can go to your bank and make a money transfer to the German RS ("IBAN" number) or you can do it via internet banking. Don't forget to mention your Beleg-Nr. (order number).

Any other ideas how I could pay for this?? Try this way, jaq515 suggested: I didn't know international payment would be so difficult for the UK people, especially IBAN thing. Also I'm quite disappointed only a few people who completed this payment without a problem were willing to help others. There must be more members from UK who's done it without having any problem, aren't they?

Any other ideas how I could pay for this?? True for most international payments, they charge you like crazy! but not if it's an "EU payment" then it really should be free..... it is with my British, Danish and Swedish bank accounts..... maybe you can say that you wish to make an EU payment (In Euros) and see what they say? If they still wanna change you for an EU payment I would change banks!

Just a side note is this common place in Europe?
In the uk we pay by either Credit/Debit card or by PayPal when he place the order for 99% off things we pay.
If we were ever invoiced we would use same methods bank transfer is uncommon.

If we were ever invoiced we would use same methods bank transfer is uncommon. The most online payment used in Holland is "Ideal". It's safer than a bank transfer. Once you arranged "Ideal" methode with your bank, you don't need to give your bank account detail when you order something online. Every bank account houders have their own IBAN number over here since February this year. Actually this payment methode German RS uses is quite old fashioned and not very common in Europe.

Ok thanks for the info I think we seem so naive to this as is literally alien to the way we purchase / pay for goods. We'd never be sent an item without paying upfront for it. We'd also never use Bank transfer for payment or IBAN ever. Like you say their method must be out dated also, t even not sending a confirmation email nowadays is crazy
