That must have been the most staggering and painful match I ve ever seen...escalated very very quickly feel sorry for Brasilian players...can't imagine the pressure and the thought u just let down 200mil people or so... On the other hand...tactics disaster on their side, when 1 0 down just park a bus for couple of minutes, don t try to equalise in the next minute...just wait and try to fing your ground. Playes, disaster... Luiz...I love his silky touch but FFS...fernandinho...OMG useless...Fred...I could do better and I m a fucking lanky retard when playing football...Oscar poor throughout the whole tournament...blame scolari. what else to expect when u re playing against Germany...who were just outstanding. or just brasil so shite? I m on the fence with this one

First and foremost, congratulations Germany, what a great team they are, they made history today, they are on their way to win this W.C.
I'm still in shock till now, never saw something like this against Brazil before.
The truth is, this Brazil is terrible, only Neymar, Thiago Silva and David Luiz are real players, we didn't have two of them today, but this is not excuse, we lost and we deserved, even with Neymar in the field we would lost, it would be very hard to win this solid Germany team.
Brazil was struggling in this W.C. since the very first match, it was only a matter of time for this ugly Brazil to fall down, a team with Fred shouldn't win anything.

Without Thiago Silva to make Luiz decent it was just a matter of time before Brazil went tick tick boom. I had a 2-0 for germany in a bet. Hope that Netherlands get their chance to win this one(sorry eva). For anyone able to watch BBC there's a special program before the replay of today's match

I'm Argentinian and looking forward to tomorrow's match. And naturally also looking forward to sunday's match as well . I remember well, Germany took us out both in 2006 and 2010 world cups. In quarters. If we're up to the final, it will be THE chance to either regain respect (and maybe more, since it's the bloody cup already), or to become a definite germany's daughter.

Fans that treat one of their own players like they did with Fred deserve it all! It's unsportsmanlike, unfair and not sympathetic at all! I didn't shed one single tear.
"Get your priorities right!"

This is brazil starting from scratch. This defeat will help us to progress in the long run. Germany lost the 2002 final, 2006 and 2010 semifinals to be in a position like the one we saw yesterday. They learned from their previous mistakes. I'm more happy for them than I'm sad for Brazil. Both teams deserve what they got yesterday.

Disgraceful anti-football tactics from both nations. Fucking dreadful viewing.

I'm telling ya, eva's Argy-Bargy will lift the cup. My original prediction was Spain, but after their clusterfuck of a display, I chose Argy-Bargy and haven't looked back.

Argentina have been the worst team to make it to a semi final, aside from Brazil. The Netherlands were a disgrace tonight as well though. Hope Germany win the cup, since they actually deserve to win it.

Argentina haven't been great, but they are a solid team. They reminded me of Brazil in USA 1994 which wasn't great but was very solid throughout the tournament and we had Romario at the time, and Argentina has Messi, it will be very hard to beat Germany, but not impossible.
