what songs do you wish they hadn't ditched (eg stop crying your heart out) or which songs would you of liked to be played but never never did?
mines got to be don't go away for the ditched song (wouldve been nice to at least of heard it on the SOTSOG tour) and I would've liked the turning at some stage on the last tour.

I Would have loved them to have given Roll it Over or Let's All Make Believe a run out during the Giants tour and its outrageous that The Turning never got played live once!
While I'm at it I always wanted Noel to stick Part of the Queue into the Stop The Clocks tour.

I wish they had done Bring It On Down more often. Would love to have heard it during the Be Here Now tour.
Would like to have heard Bag It Up and The Turning on the last tour. Apparently they rehearsed both, but it was one of those that Noel describes as 'they couldn't get it right'

Liam could never really sing Stop Crying Your Heart Out live. I wish they played more gigs with a setlist like at Finsbury Park where I think they played songs from every album up to that point, stuff like Hello, She's Electric, Columbia, D'You Know What I Mean dusted off. I think they played Headshrinker for the first night of the 05 tour and then never played it again, I went to the second gig of the tour and was well pissed off they didn't play it.

Let's face it, a lot of the songs that are dropped from the setlist is simply because Liam struggles to sing them live.

They dropped D'you Know What I Mean too quickly after the BHN tour.
Not a song, but the Noel accoustic spot always worked well, breaking up the set nicely.
It also gave Noel a chance to mix things up a little - Morning Glory @ Earls Court is amazing for example.

I would have liked Full On, Hey Now! and I Hope, I Think, I Know. Flashbax would have worked well for a radio acoustic or something. Wish they'd played Cloudburst more often, I think it would be interesting to hear it with a more familiar Liam, as his voice sounds so different on the record.

My Big Mouth, not the 2008 version, which was simplified and sounded bad if compared to the original version, because it took away all the magic from it. I wish they had kept DIWKIM, played I Hope I Think I Know and kept Stand By Me, played all the stuff from BHN. And Bring It On Down, Cloudburst, Keep The Dream Alive, Bag It Up.

DYKWIM for the ditched song.
Would have loved to hear both The Turning and Bag It Up live. I was always a bit surprised we never heard Bag It Up live, since the bandmembers all loved that and thought it was fun to play. Oh yeah, and Part Of The Queue and Going Nowhere.

The Liam sung version (or full band) of whatever went far too soon. Towards the end of Oasis with Noel's shifting back to playing the likes of Wonderwall semi-acoustic, I was hoping that might have come back. Something similar to what we got at TCT 2010.
Also Like so many others I wish they'd played the Turning and hearing the soundcheck version this only made me want them to play it more, I wanted to hear Liam sing it.

Yeah those Soundcheck versions are great, I particularly like the Hong Kong one where you hear the guitar solo better. Thats kind of what I was trying to get at, without Liam's vocals it seems incomplete.

Hey Now!, Underneath the Sky, Going Nowhere, The Girl in the Dirty Shirt, I Hope I Think I Know, Don't Go Away, Keep the Dream Alive, Part of the Queue, Bag it Up, Roll it Over, and The Turning all being, either omitted, or rarely played, were just a shame, really. Those are all solid songs, for the most part, and would have contributed greatly, even if Noel had to assume the role of lead singer on some of them.
D'You Know What I Mean?, Born on a Different Cloud, Up in the Sky, Cast No Shadow, I Can See a Liar, and especially Gas Panic! and Go Let it Out, all not having good longevity on the setlist were unfortunate, too.
Some may think ICSaL is a bit odd to say, but I really think that over time it would've grown into being quite a good song in a live setting.
