Promoting Jake Bugg in a Pretty Green video? Interesting. He seems to be everywhere at the moment.

Am I the only one who thinks that the whole Beady Eye attending to a PG store opening is somehow... you know... using a band to promote your clothing label?

They attended the party and they didn't need to promote it because they were in a room full of people there for PG also beady eye wouldn't really promote anything because they're not big like oasis a lot of people don't know who they are. They're in Tokyo for fuji rocks the day after anyway so they may as well have gone and Andy was DJ as well

they should do one of those Sample Sales in Reading again.. that was the best event PG ever did. I got many dirty looks for wearing no PG at all whilst everyone else was head to toe in the gear *cringe*

God bless. I buy into this, I think if anyone is going to win out of this situation it would be Beady Eye gaining new fans who have bought the clothes on the off chance. All Beady Eye fans and most Oasis fans will be well aware of PG now and will have made up their minds about it.

Liam needs to concentrate more on making a decent record, rather than this PG nonsense

This PG "nonsense" is making him a lot of money and tbh I'm not sure that he really does that much, he pretty much just shows the real designers what he wears

If Liam can handle doing his PG stuff while making a good record, then I wouldn't care. But judging by his last effort, he can't.
Music first, extracurricular activities second.

Money first, actually. If he's making more on clothing than with records he'd be a fool to stop.

Don't be stupid LAG just aren't that good songwriters, they won't suddenly become good songwriters by Liam closing down pretty green. The failure of DGSS boils down much deeper than that, eg. Bad production, lack of inspiration, poor songwriting...

I don't think the production was bad...
I think Lillywhite was a good choice for producer and did the best he could with those songs...with the exception of SOTEOTN which is a miss for me front to back.
