I FUCKING LOVE Liam's voice a million times !!!!!!!!
Other than that:
I love it when Liam does crazy things with his Tambourine, I even love it when he smashes it ;D
I love the 'WHAT FOR?!' Noel and Liam used to scream togheter
I love it when Liam talks are shouts these crazy ununderstandable things in the middle of a song! I love how they sometimes make sense but most of the time not at all!
I love it when Gem's totally in his own world rocking his guitar!
I love the *clap clap* when Noel does Half The World Away acoustic
And I love it when Liam and Noel sing the chorus of Stop Crying Your Heart Out together!

Sorry, a bit off topic.
I really hate people keep chatting during a gig. Really annoying. If you want to chat, stay at home or go to a pub, not go to a gig.

Have to agree with some comments already made.
I love how Gem is in his own little world on stage. Such a cool guy.
The "what for" at the end of Slide Away, screamed in perfect unison by both Gallaghers.
Liam's 90s gibberish. I don't doubt he was speaking actual words, but he was so off his head, that it came across so incoherent. Had to like Liam's youthful persona.
Liam and Noel's harmonizing so perfectly. SCYHO was already mentioned, but how about the likes of Maine Road's "Cast No Shadow" as well? Top stuff.

mine are kinda specific haha
Liam's "... IN FOCKING MAAAAAAAAAANCHESTAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH" gives me goosebumps everytime haha, so brilliant, but pretty much just the one from Manchester '05
Liam's "...but all I found were 125000peopleatKnebworthWAHEY"
Hmmm ... Noel's fiddling with the delay pedals at the end of Rock'n'Roll Star and I Am The Walrus, and those weird indecipherable loops he plays
Chris' drumstick juggling in Lyla, even when it goes wrong
HAHA Chris' stick chuck at the proms, as well as Noel's satisfied look during the solo of I Am The Walrus ... 2:05 and 4:41 ... Andy's bass in that was great too

When Noel plays the outro in Morning Glory like this:
And many other things that you've already mentioned.

Just love everything about Liam's on stage, love when Noel's doing big solos like during the BHN tour. Love when they shouts "what the story morning glory" together. Love that their shows were like a mess of rock n roll with all the anthems they were playing. Love Liam's lyrics improvisation. And this video will aways me laugh :

The huge gigs they played, they really turned a simple concert into legendary events that everyone of their generation wanted to be at. For example, Maine Road, Knebworth, GMEX, the list goes on.

Gem in his own place during gigs The ending of Columbia (post DM Tour), Noels "Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!!!"s at one of the gigs in the DBTT tour when Noel teased the crowd with the Some Might Say riff "who the fuck are man united?" at gigs ;D and much more

Tons
The "take me there"'s at the end of Slide Away live. Powerful.
Anytime they let the crowd sing a verse or chorus of a tune in full voice alone. Wonderwall, DLBIA, Whatever, etc.
The claps in HTWA done by the crowd.
When Noel whistles the solo in TIOBI.
How badass they looked walking on stage to FITB.
Chris' stick manuevers...ESPECIALLY when they went wrong. ;p
Noel's extended outros back in the day.
Liam's voice back in the day...and even later as long as he didn't biting of the words, sound strained, sound nasally. But mostly back in the 90's when the quality of his tone matched the power of his delivery.
Gem grooving along on stage. Only one that you could visibly see enjoying himself.
The craziness of the BHN stage makes me smile.

How has no one mentioned Liams stance, its iconic in its own right Not just that, all his attitude on stage, his staring at the crow, his lyrics improvisations, his gibberish during song, he way he shoots the mics when he has finished a great vocal. The way his voice ( a gift from the god) just comes right from his heart when he sings, not playing, not faking, giving 100% of him when he's doing it. All the emotion he can give through his voice, from rage like in Bring it on down, to classy romantism in Wonderwall or Songbird. never mellow, always cool and class. The greatest rock star alive.

Liam shouting "come on!"
Liam and Noel harmonising, especially on Lyla from the 2005 Manchester gig. Also Noel "kissing the sky" to play that one note solo after the first chorus.
How Noel uses his bigsby at almost every opportunity these days. Also his pick scrapes.
Liam standing still and staring intensely into the distance.
Tony McCarroll drumming too fast, especially some versions of Live Forever.

When Liam balances the tambourine on his head, or has it in his mouth and it looks like a big smile even though his face looks serious and cool, if you know what I mean?

The craziness of the BHN stage makes me smile. Hahaha yes!! "It was my idea for the phone box, and that, kids, is a bad advert for drug abuse" - Noel Drunk Liam playing with the big clock on the stage (1998 in France, I think) is hilarious. I also love how both Noel and Liam sing the "yeah yeah yeah"s and "come on"s at the end of Be Here Now live.
