A bit disappointed with the media impact of the album in Spain, despite mainly positive reviews. The biggest newspapers published short interviews with Noel when the record was released, but some of the major newspapers and most non-music magazines did not even review it, when they used to do it with Oasis albums. Anyway, I have collected the reviews I found. They have been mostly positive. As I know some will care, I have also mentioned what these media said about Beady Eye :-). Tentaciones. 4/5 stars. This is the music blog of El pais, the best-selling newspaper in Spain). Very good review from a guy that has been very very critic with Beady Eye and all Oasis' albums after BHN. tentaciones.elpais.com/2011/10/noel-gallaghers-high-flying-birds-.html. Jenasaispop. 7.5/10. One of the most followed indie music sites in Spain. They also did a good review of Beady Eye (7/10). jenesaispop.com/2011/10/17/noel-gallaghers-high-flying-birds/ Music blog of ABC, a nation-wide newspaper. Positive, but no score. Bashes Beady eye, saying that this makes it clear who was the talented Gallagher. www.abc.es/blogs/musica/public/post/noel-aprieta-talento-y-melancolia--10186.aspMondo Sonoro. Free indie magazine. In their last number (http://www.mondosonoro.com/Inicio/RevistaImpresa.aspx) there is a one-page interview and positive mentions of the album, that also appears in their top10 of currently favourite albums, but there is not review. Probably it will be in the next issue. They were also positive about Beady Eye (4/5 stars, I think). Rolling Stone Spain. 3/5. I think scans were already posted by someone else. The reviewer liked the first half of the album but found the second one repetitive. They gave Beady Eye 2.5/5. La Voz de Galicia (regional newspaper). Positive, but no score. Bashes Beady Eye saying their albums confirm 'Noel was the magician in Oasis' www.lavozdegalicia.es/santiago/2011/10/21/0003_201110SF21P6993.htmAnd that's it, apart from the (mostly positive, anyway) reviews of some mostly unknown and irrelevant (even for Spain) local music blogs. If you know of any other, please post it.
