Okay, So i replaced the crappy BT ISP with Sky Unlimited Broadband with speeds 'Of up to 20MB'. I set it up this morning - Ran a speed test and got the following result That Surely can't be right? Someone please help Cheers Craig

your internet speed will depend how far you are from the BT exchange, to get 20meg would require you living roughly under a mile away.
thats the problem with internet in this country, the sooner al this fibre optic stuff is done the better. the uk has the worst internet speeds in the whole of the world. i bet lost civilisations in the congo get quicker speeds than us

Yeah but i should be getting more than Killobytes surely? At least 1MB maybe 2 at a push?

well yeah you should, i got forced onto skys 20meg due to my usage and i only get 2meg max on a good day
give sky a call and ask them to explain why there screwing you with an offer of 20meg

Possibly fixed. I've got a solution. 'Microsplitters' or something which have to be connected to the phone line which i done before and then there had to be one in each Sky box. I put it in the secondary box but still need to do the main box. Hopefully that fixes the problem, if not i'll have to phone them and fall out with them!
