Was just thinking earlier that when Beady Eye begin to play live what would their last song be? We all know Oasis have finished sets with either I Am The Walrus, My Generation or Rock N' Roll Star. Would they use one of Liam's Oasis songs, be bold enough to finish with one of their own (probably one of their first singles) or perform a new cover? What d'you all think?

i would bet on them closing with a beatles cover, and since liam isn't known for being very ambitious, i would bet on 'i am the walrus'.

"Within You, Without You", maybe. With the "Tomorrow Never Knows"-drums. In a rockier way, with more guitars etc. The studio cover sounds cool, anyway.

They'll end their gigs with an awesome version of Better Man.

They'll end their gigs with an awesome version of Better Man. That might not be a bad idea, never really cared for the tune on the album but it sounds great live and works as a closing tune.

I think it'll be a cover...Maybe something from the Rolling Stones? Andy was always more of a Rolling Stones fan than a Beatles fan...and if he gets more influence...

Personally, Ì'm hoping for something other than I Am The Walrus or My Generation this time around. Why not try something new like maybe something from the Stone Roses maybe? Such a shame Oasis never did cover the Roses to be honest...

Yeah, but Street Fighting Man hasnt been played live in sooooooooo long that it would seem new. With Liam you're probably going to get a cover that he's used to doing so I dont see them doing a new cover of a song, but do see them doing somehthing from their past.

I rekon there will be a live cover from BE. As much as I love IATW I am hoping for something different. Better Man always gets my vote live!

And to be honest I don't go along with your point that Liam would sing a cover that he's used to, after all he was the one that picked Within You, Without You for the Sgt Pepper tribute. Noel said he was suprised by the choice expecting A Day In The Life if I remember right.
