I'm 16 really eagar to start learning the guitar. Want to know what acoustic you guys suggest would be best. Looking for one which sounds good when Oasis songs are played and since I'm just learning I'd like it to be reasonable priced. Any help is appriciated.

I'd go with an Epiphone EJ-200 or Hummingbird, both reasonably priced and alright sounding. Or if you want to spend a little more, go with a Takamine.

i agree with superseb (except for the epiphone hummingbird, those things are garbage). takamines are well built, as are the lower-priced c.f. martins and taylors.

Epiphone EJ-200 is what I've been looking at. Reasonable price around £280?

Epiphone EJ-200 is what I've been looking at. Reasonable price around £280? Go to a guitar shop and try a few out first. Also whatever you buy, make sure you have it set up properly, it'll make learning a lot easier.
