I'm excited so I wanted to share with my fellow Oasis fans I'm a photographer and I just launched my brand spankin' new website - mostly wedding/portraiture photography, but also have a music section with some Oasis, Iggy Pop and Ian Brown, so check it out here if interested: www.LisaMarkPhotography.comP.S. I managed to get some good British music incorporated into the site as well

That's really good. I love Iggy's photos. I believe it's not easy to shoot him as he's very "wild" on stage? Thanks for sharing your website with us Lisa and good luck!

Thanks guys, and cheers Mimmi - you are correct. He was VERY wild and bouncy, but super fun to shoot. I was grateful for the opportunity to shoot a legend like him (and Oasis ;-)

Well gavincampbell, there are two types of each:
The photographers who THINK they are photographers (take pictures of artsy stuff, are "students" as Noel or Liam would say) and photographers who actually ARE photographers, who do paid work and have clients. I am one of those and intend to maintain photography as my career long-term, focusing on portraiture and weddings, as that's where the bread and butter of my industry is.
And regarding models, there again are the people who THINK they're models, and the people who make a fairly successful go at it. And having worked in the Advertising industry prior to doing photography full-time, I can tell you it's not all that glamorous, and most don't make much money, but a very few do and it's worth it for them.
