I managed to get tickets booked through ticketline this morning online for Heaton Park Sunday. I got a Transaction Reference No. But I've had no email confirmation or money taken from my account. I'm worried guys, is this normal?

I received an email about an hour ago, was late compared to ones i received for Wembley.
Thankfully i got 6 tickets and not 2,105 tickets like i seem to have got for Wembley

Yeah mate i'm the same. Booked mines this morning and like a faggot I accidentally closed the page with the booking reference on it. Was expecting an e-mail confirmation and it still hasn't came through. Wonder if its a delayed thing because we haven't signed up for the website or whether Ticketline have fucked up and sent our e-mails to other people.

Same for me as well! No money withdrawn and no email confirmation, all I got is the booking confirmation number! No big issue perhaps, but after reading several forum threads with similar cases with people never receiving their tickets (due to overload-errors in the system), though they received a confirmation number is making me more than worried!

^^ Yeah same, I might be over-paranoid but after reading about some guy at a Leeds festival not getting his tickets due to a system error with the same problem. :s
