So I bought 3 tickets for the Camden, NJ show on December 19th.....
BUT, more of my friends want to go than I anticipated, along with my Sister who is still stuck down at school in DC until the 20th. I'm also sharring an apartment this year instead of a dorm so we would be able to come back and crash afterwards, etc
So I want to change my ticket and order 7 tickets for the Washington DC show on December 20th
However, Ticketmaster has a fucking stupidly strict policy about exchanging tickets, so I heard. I bought the insurance policy, but that doesn't cover "personal reasons" or whatever.
So I'm going to call Ticketmaster and explain to them the situation and that I want to cancel and get a REFUND for the 3 tickets in Camden, NJ....BUT at the same time I want to pick up 7 tickets for the Washington DC show.
I mean, why wouldnt they accept that? Yeah, it might go against their policy, but who does it hurt? They actually get more of a profit from me - 7 tickets vs. 3 tickets, so it's in their best interest to accept.
I really should have thought this through more.
Eitherway, I'm going to the concert....but I want to go with more friends, and go to the one in DC
If this doesnt work, and I dont think it will, then I'm fucked in the sense that I have 3 tickets for Camden, NJ but 7 people interested - how the fuck do I decide who gets to go? UGH.

call up ticketmaster and tell them that you want to cancel the order. they usually do if you call them up. i just got them to cancel a ticket order. took me 5-6 minutes (with the waiting time).
good luck, mate
