I just checked iTunes UK and the album has a Parental Advisory warning. First of all, I don't understnad how this is as such warnings are not mandated in the UK, they are a US standard. I can see why American albums would carry them here (so they didn't have to alter artwork) but British albums? WTF
Oh and secondly, does this mean there will be lots of swearing, or sex simulations or something? WTF this is Oasis not some druggy rapper.

suprising indeed. I think this would be the first Oasis album to have a Parental Advisory on it

DBTT had a parental advisory... I'm guessing because the DVD had swearing. I highly doubt Oasis would curse in their songs.

My copy of SOTSOG has a parental advisory sticker what with the multiple uses of "fucking" in FITB. There's a retarded swearing quota employed by the PRMC.
E from the Eels talk about what constitutes a parental advisory CD on an Eels DVD. His last album 'Blinking Lights...' had 2 shits and 3 fucks - I think just under the quota - so it didn't have to have the sticker on it.

WPTWOTWOMS also has swearing... a simple 'fuck' in any lyric would be enough for parental advisory i guess... or maybe like in Street Fighting Man where they are talking in studio and also say 'fookin' as much times as they can in 30 seconds....

(WTS) Morning Glory, in Hello, says "wipe the shit from yer shoes". No sticker. BHN, in The Girl in the Dirty Shirt, says "get yer shit together girl". No sticker. SOTSOG, FITB, "Kids are running around naked facking in the bushes". No sticker.
So erm, WTF. There must be a song akin to "Let's Get High" by Dr Dre on there.

This sticker will prevent the CD from being sold in Walmart.
Which means that they will never sell any.

It'll be because of the DVD that is part of the Itunes package. On the 'Stop The Clocks' CD with DVD, it has 'PARENTAL ADVISORY'.
The Gallagher's always swear in interviews.

The US version doesn't say that, and doesn't include the bonus video... So I'm guessing it's because of the video

DBTT had a parental advisory... I'm guessing because the DVD had swearing. I highly doubt Oasis would curse in their songs. "If it tastes like shit, well it beats sleeping rough on the floor" Any sort of swear word now would probably have parental advisory. Legistration on Book/Film/Music has probably changed an awful lot since 1994

This sticker will prevent the CD from being sold in Walmart. Which means that they will never sell any. Nah, they'll just edit out 'fuck' if they have to. They do it all the time.

I remember reading that Evanescence got a law sue from an old fella who heard their version for "Thoughless" (which contains the word 'fuck' in the chorus) from Korn in a supermarket and felt extremely offended....

SotSoG, DBTT with the DVD, the re-release of DM (again, with the DVD), and STC (with the DVD, again) all had PA stickers and all of them (except SotSoG) had them because the DVD.
That's probably why and hopefully that's an indication that there will be a version that's the CD/DVD or the 2 CDs and the DVD.

Oh and they don't ALWAYS swear. For example Noel won't swear during a radio interview (unless it's on late) which I think is very respectful practice.
