Live Forever probably... Wonderwall's super-easy too, but on an acoustic it might hurt your fingers a bit if your new...

Songbird, Live Forever, Cast No Shadow, Wonderwall, Love Like A Bomb, Little By Little.
Really easy chord progressions - should be enough to get you started.

I would say Songbird is the easiest. Spot on. From a beginner's point of view it's dead simple.

If you just started, you prolly wanna be practicing switching between the different chords, and a fantastic song for doing that is All Around the World. The strumming pattern is pretty easy, and since the song is in multiple keys, you'll be using around 8-10 different chords, and that should help you with chord switching, which although very basic, is of vital importance if you want to play rock n roll.
Wonderwall is easy too, although you'll need a capo to play it in the correct key. (Same with D'ya Know What I Mean?) Live Forever is pretty basic, as are many of Liam's songs and Noel's acoustic Bsides.

Meaning Of Soul is the easiest in my opinion. I actually kinda learned how to play that by accident today. I was just jamming and recognized that it was in G and Em and was able to pick it up pretty quick. I picked up a guitar for the first time 2 weeks ago and can already play Meaning of Soul...Isn't it great loving such an easy band to play

Don't Look Back in Anger's a pretty good one. It's not as easy as the other songs listed, although the verse/chorus can be learned pretty easily.
But definitely Live Forever. That's the first one I learned.
