What you think with allowing choosing sex of your baby? They're testing and allowing soon to be parents choosing the sex of their baby... Do you think it's right or totally wrong?

I think its wrong. Totally unnatural. Would probably start a trend of people only wanting boys etc..? Who knows. Unbalancing the population or summin.. Brings back memories of that book 'the Handmaids Tale' as well for some reason

'unatural'?
So what about sending men into space? thats doesnt happen in nature. you apose that to?
Watching tv, thats manmade, not natural. hell even music isnt natural thats manmade. The list is endless...
its the most stupid fuckin excuse in debates saying 'its not natural'. Well if thats ur opinion we should all go back to living in caves and hunting for a meals.

Well TV and music (the instruments would be man made, music can come from other things, not restricted to rock n roll yknow) can be counted as entertainment which is natural, and sending men into space can be seen as exploration which is natural. So.... back to the ACTUAL topic.

i think it's BS because in countries where males are idolised it would unbalance the gender balance... just look at china! they dont choose the sex of the baby but their gender balance is bad...(girls are killed!!) or in many other countries it is considered as a burden to have a girl
that would be insane...

Girls are a pain, cost more, and too many worries for a parent than it be having a boy... My mother even said she's happy she never had a girl.. I do think it should happen by natural circumstances if it's boy or a girl not by parents. I do think it's wrong.

well it's retarded to think that...a girl doesnt cost more or is a pain in the arse more than a boy... maybe with some traditional (stupid) customs they have in china's campaigns... (and in other countries as well)
i cant see a single valuable backup for these kinds of ideas

it could help in places in China. Could halp save a lot of heartache for parents that have girls and have to have them taken away.

But on this issue...i choose apathy...I don't care...do what you want, I probably won't do it...as long as there aren't any crazy side effects that create a third sex in society that we'll have to deal with as a result I could care less.

What you think with allowing choosing sex of your baby? They're testing and allowing soon to be parents choosing the sex of their baby... Do you think it's right or totally wrong? making babies has turned into a " racket" these days in lots of ways i.e. 3D imaging vs an ultrsound, costing ppl 30 grand to adopt.. anway.. there are natural ways of increasing the chances of having a girl vs boy.. when a woman is more acidic vs alkaline.. ppl shld just want a healthy baby IMO, in our wealthy societies esp.ly ..(ppl who eat everyday..got a roof over their heads.) a healthy baby is a blessing and parenthood is an honor ....

anway.. there are natural ways of increasing the chances of having a girl vs boy.. when a woman is more acidic vs alkaline.. That's complete baloney, Tam. I've heard a lot of old wives tales being passed off before, but that one made me laugh. There's that asshole on TV... Kevin Trudeau (Natural Cures bla bla bla that THEY don't want you to know about -- complete and utter quackery) who makes a similar claim about people who do vs. dont get cancer. If you can actually find me a respected medical journal mentioning real evidence this in people (the girl vs boy thing), I'll pay you $100, I'm that sure whereever you heard that is talking bullshit. Oh, and no, we shouldn't be determining baby's sex before they're born. I'm not entirely sure what group is proposing to do this, but it could very quickly turn into a scene from the movie Gattaca (brilliant fucking movie if you haven't seen it). If you only want a boy or girl, adopt one. Otherwise, it's up to chance.

It's also scientifically easier to have a girl v. a boy because statistically more girls than boys survive durring conception and pregnancy...
