I was just recording some stuff while messing around on the keyboard and I was playing and singing Hey Jude and I thought that it'd be fun to just post it here as it failed after the first bridge. And maybe it's nice to hear what it's like how people actually sing without any fancy touch ups and reverb and retakes and stuff like that ;D I haven't been practicing keyboard a lot lately (and then I only have the damn thing for almost 2 months (and 4 weeks of that time I have been away) so it's not brilliant or whatsoever) so my playing isn't all fluent at some places. Now I'll stop making excuses for how bad it is, because I don't think it's actually THAT bad...what do you think? I hope you'll enjoy it ;D - SuperSeb s5.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=2P61HMY0MT557145POU3SWU4AF

Hey seb,
I think it's cool ! You might have to record this proper soon. It sound very good live, so a record of it might sound even better ! Can't wait to hear that actually.
Ow and maybe a advice you can use : On the bits you sing sing a little higher, try to put some more power behind your voice if you can, that way it comes out very beautiful and will make the sence/emotion of the songs lyrics some stronger. You might have to play it a bit slower then on this live record, cos now it sounds a bit like you can't reach some notes fully, cos you might haven't enough breath for it at the end of a line. Playing it slower gives you a bit more time to take a breath, and will give you a bit more power in your vox.
Meanwhile, what i've heard is very good, keep on going !
Cheers mate !

Thanks for the replies! As for the higher notes; the main "problem" is that I still have to think a bit of how I should play the chords and how I should change them, so it influences the singing a lot, as I progress I will learn to play the chords as I play them on the guitar and singing will be better Cool that you both like it!!! Thanks again
