Dig the music on both tracks. Really jingly jangly in a Johnny Marr style.
But God In A Phonebox is right the vocals suck.
Get yerself someone who can sing cos the vocal kills this. (Its worse than Ian Brown.)
Good efforts though.

Thanks for taking the time,
but I will keep singing. And I love Ian Brown, he can sing, in a way.
Also it would be of more interest if there were adjectives or references that would describe the songs and singing.
Do you find bum notes or something? Is it too aggressive?
But anyway, all comments are welcome, and I'm still confident that this sounds good.

What I'm saying is this: if someone dislikes a vocal there are several possible reasons. Some people cant stand Ian Curtis etc and Mr Sifter said it's worse than Ian Brown, who I dont think is that bad.
Cos the vox aren't out of tune, and they are an effort whereas some singers just hum along, I suspect it's the colour of the voice that's bugging you.
The reference by Mr Shifter to Marr was a good example of what reviewing music is about, it gives an idea of what the listener has had in mind. Personally I don't find Marrs influence on these songs, so stating that was a contribution I have respect for.
I'm fine with the idea of you two disliking these vocals, I've had other kinds of responses as well.
