I love Music . . I love Oasis . . . and as much as I love Original Music, for the FUCK of it, Let's start an Oasis Cover Band.
Let's fill the Positions . . . put the ego's aside . . . and let's have a laugh.
My Name is Jordan Grenke. I live in Milton Ontario (Oakville, Toronto area) . . . I can play it all, and I want to play it all.
If you're interested or if anyone else you know WOULD be interested, send them to this THread.
I'm not lookin' f'er anything half assed here either . . . If you can play and play to look like tha lads . . . if you can master the parts PERFECTLY, down to every single bend, change, and chord change, then REPLY below.
So what I'm looking for is a Drummer Like Andy (yes, even though he's out)
I need a Gem... ...an Andy . . . and if you're up for trying to take my Spot as Noel . . (kidding) then tell me. If there's a Liam out there too . . .BEAUTY!
But this is serious . . and yet fun at the same time. I wouldn't mind turning some heads while having a laugh.

To bad you don't live in Edmonton. I can play both guitar parts of Noel and Gem on pretty much every song of Oasis. I love playing the solos that Noel and Gem uses in concert. I would definitely be the missing part of your puzzle. I would love to be Noel in that tribute band but can't sing, which sucks.

I have had the same idea for years. I could never find a drummer or bass player into Oasis enough to be a tribute band. I have had to live my dream doing acoustic sets with my little brother being Liam and myself being Noel. Anyways, I play the guitar much better than him and he can sing much better than me.

I started playing guitar in high school because of The Beatles/Clapton/Pink Floyd. Became addicted to Oasis in college. Firts band was named after me, "Johnny V and the Sluthounds." Played in my brothers band, "Andy's Room," in college for awhile but academics finally took over. I miss those days.

Yeah cool. I of my classes actually consisted of putting a band together, practicing, play in front of the class, playing a gig at a local pub, and also playing at the university's dance hall.
Very fun

Damn. That must have been an awesome class. I wish they would have had that at St. Norbert College.
