does anyone know how oasis get that sound at the start of who feels love. On familiar to millions the keyboard player uses some sort of small keyboard and plays a g note and pushes some button to alter the pitch of the note. can anyone tell me what this instrument is or how to get this sound

the keyboardist, currently Jay Darlington, uses a Novation Bass Station to get that sound.

One more thing, they don't make them anymore. It's a rare item now.

It was Zeb Jameson at Wembley. He's a much better keyboardist that Jay Darlington, in my opinion. Mike Rowe played keyboards for a while in 2000. Most notably, at Later with...Jools Holland.

Zeb played Wembley. Rowe has been their keyboardist since 96. But he's not on every tour since he also plays in Cheryl Crow's band.

first i gotta get myself a hammond b3 lol for like $14,000 I bought a b3 for $2,000 offa classified ad in the paper. One rotor is duff, but I don't think they're 14,000. Strangely enough, I prefer the sound of old vox organs better...I have 1 continental mk 2 and a pianet to boot, and they are more "rock", i suppose.

only wonderwall and wfl were played.
i think the smc and wfl youre talkin about is from the mtv session for the mtv oasis day in 2000 with the lights on the floor and all that.
