I'm saving up for a new guitar, and in about a month I have got enough money. but i realy dont know which one I shall buy, the choise is between: epiphone noel gallagher supernova union jackand epiphone les paul standardcan you please help me to pick one? thank you PS! please give me some argumets!

Yeah, if you don't have a gibson/epiphone guitar (humbucker ), I would go with the Les Paul. Great sounding guitar and versatile. Although the Union Jack looks tits.

I've got an 80s Gibson Les Paul studio and while guitars come and go that one stays around, even though it wasn't that expensive. Extremely versatile, it does everything from rock to jazz and sounds great. Had the frets refiled once and still plenty of fret to go. Everybody loves the neck and sound and the action is stellar. Of couse the neck is fat and takes a bit of getting used to if you have small hands, it's also one heavy bugger. Great, great guitar.
The only guitar I really would have traded it for was a Townshend Schecter I saw in the early 90s and then never again. Another heavy beatch but, oh man did it sustain.
