This is one I have been thinking about for ages. There isn't that many Official Oasis DVDs (or DVDS officially about them) but I decided, let's have the big vote. There is many reasons to choose yours, so which is yours?
For me, I'd always have Live By The Sea above There and Then because I prefer the full gig rather than just selections but There and Then is the pinacle of Oasis at their height. Familiar To Millions is fun, though is obviously not close to any of the other 2.
Then we come to the Definitely Maybe DVD which I enjoyed watching a lot when it first come out but, to be honest, I cannot remember when I last watched it. Lord Don't Slow Me Down is a good fun documentary film made even better with audio commentary, this always cracks me up and if I am honest, is the only reason I watch it back. The addidtion of the Manchester 2005 gig is a nice bonus also but again I can't remember when I last watched it.
Stop The Clocks interview dvd is fun but it's very short and entertaining. I feel there could have been more added to the DVD IMHO. Time Flies almost feels very lazy also, though at least we have all the videos in one place with audio commentary, albeit mainly with Noel (I'd rather they got Liam to talk about every video, that would have been priceless.)
That leaves us with Supersonic which is entertaining, features songs both rare and live. The interviews are honest and straight to the point. Everything is beautiful with it and, incase you couldn't tell, is my vote.
So which gets your vote?

We only actually have 2 live CD's by Oasis but just which one do you prefer? Which one do you think is best?
For me, it'll have to be Familiar To Millions. The gig always makes me smile and laugh. Liam's banter with the crowd and Noel always a highlight for me. The setlist, albeit could do with a couple more Standing songs, is very good. Liam's vocals, albeit a little rough, at least he sings the songs. All in all, I just can listen to this one more.
The Time Flies Roundhouse gig for me is awful and symbolic of Oasis at their worst just before they split. Liam not singing half the time, pulling away from the mic. Noel being Noel. Setlist could have been better and the sound, albeit better, just doesn't have the fun of FTM.
So which do you prefer?

My brain will not allow me to accept it's ever been anyone BUT Liam on the recorded version. To my ears it's always been Liam

My favourites: Slide Away Live Forever Bring It On Down I can still listen to: Supersonic Married With Children Rock N Roll Star (sometimes) Up In The Sky Can't listen to: Cigarettes & Alcohol Columbia (both of these, the live version blow them out the water so much, I just can't listen to the album version now) Shakermaker

But Chinatown isn't a "single" per se. It's just a track they released. They'll probably do the same this month with Greedy Soul. Agree with you though that the strategy wasn't the best. Album should've come out mid August or early Sept IMO. How is 'Chinatown' not a single? It can be downloaded from iTunes and it has a video and artwork. What is a single nowadays anyway? lol

My Beady Eye playlist, Best Of Beady Eye if you will - and I listen to it often: Four Letter word Millionaire The Roller For Anyone Beatles & Stones Kill For a Dream In The Bubble With A Bullet Flick Of The Finger Soul Love Second Bite Of The Apple (Live, The Voice UK) Iz Rite I'm Just Saying Standing On The Edge Of The Noise The Beat Goes On Across The Universe Wigwam> The Morning Son> Sons Of The Stage> White Smoke (> = crossfade) No matter how hard I try, there is no way I could ever include Millionaire on my Beady Eye best of. I dread it whenever I listen to DGSS let alone shoving it into a best of

As far as I am concerned, SOTSOG should have been:
1. In The Bushes (as much as I think it's boring on the album) 2. Go Let It Out 3. I Can See A Liar 4. Carry Us All 5. Gas Panic 6. Where Did It All Go Wrong? 7. Little James 8. Put Yer Money Where Yer Mouth Is 9. Let's All Make Believe 10. Roll It Over
Single choices:
#1 Go Let It Out Cigarettes In Hell Revolution Song
#2 Let's All Make Believe One Way Road Sunday Morning Call
#3 Where Did It All Go Wrong? Who Feels Love? Full On

I'd say stadiums may be pushing it mate. Just barring in mind that Noel hasn't done stadiums apart from support acts. The demand is massive right now but I'm not sure it will be as big next summer. I agree though, there isn't much wiggle room for extra dates to be added to this tour (heck, the one they added in Newcastle is a month prior!). Imagine it'll be - as you say - one extra at Manc if anything. I think he'll do Europe early next year. Not arenas, but decent-sized venues, and then I'd hope he'd be back for a UK tour around March time with other venues. Off the top of my head, he still has Sheffield, Dublin, O2/Wembley, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Liverpool and Bournemouth arenas (that are 'major' ones) that he could easily sell out. Yeah it'd be a push but like I say if the album really bites then why not. We were all pretty much saying the same about arenas until this week. His booking agent was saying they were planning a big outdoor event next summer anyway. Probably as a one off to test the water as it were. But if demand is still there then I'm sure they'll expand their plans. At very least I could see him headlining festivals again. He's got a lot of momentum behind him just now. BIB - Heaton Park?

Resale seats for Leeds going at £80 upwards on Ticketmaster. Standing going for £125 each. More than 500 people were looking at the page at the same time. When will there be a ban on this sort of behaviour? F'in rediculous
