I definitely think stars need them, especially to stay in the headlines and that is what makes or breaks most of their careers. I will say that most can go over the limit and although they say that they are just "doing their jobs", i think it is a bit much. To not even be able to go to the grocery store without a flash in your face would suck!
( I 'm just glad no one has a huge telephoto lens and is trying to catch me in my towel or naked. Well no one is now that Mape is away.) ;D

yeah i agree with SB. they are over the top but the stars need them and a lot actually encourage them.
they can't have the press exposure and total privacy. but some privacy is essential
i always think of Tom Hanks when people talk about the paparazzi. One of the world's biggest stars, but when was the last time you saw a private photo of him, or his kids? he doesn't encourage the press and he doesn't get hassled by them. a lot of other celebs do
Make your money with exploitation Make it holy illumination Say a prayer at every station Don't forget to ask for mercy Make your money with a pretty face Make it easy with product placement Make it charged with controversy I'm straight, I'm queer, I'm bi

shirleyroadshow: I gave the band a slot on my roadshow for ITV telethon production in June 1992. My brother worked with Boneheads brother Martin Arthurs and we were producing a 24 hour on/off LIVE event. The band were very much together at that time!

BugmenAndBoxes: I was catching up on the Matt Morgan podcast and got to the part where Noel refuses to let Matt tell the story of how Dead In The Water was written, but does mention it was written in response to thinking he could one up a song he heard... Bold?
