Hard to believe that it's November already tomorrow. Christ it'll soon be Christmas again. i swear i went to the supermarket last week and they were selling halloween treats AND pandoros. i am appalled Shops always start to sell Christmas things in the summer in the UK, honestly it get's earlier every year. |

Two days ago it was 75 degrees. Today it's snowing. God I love the Midwest  Funny you should say that as the news reports that we're in for a mini heatwave in the next few days. But I'll believe it when I see it. |

i swear i went to the supermarket last week and they were selling halloween treats AND pandoros. i am appalled Shops always start to sell Christmas things in the summer in the UK, honestly it get's earlier every year. what? that means you see xmas stuff on september? that's very early!!! i've seen pandoros at supermarket as early as the beginning of Oct., but I thought that was very odd when I was a kid around here in Brazil Santa Claus used to wait until Proclamação da República (bank holiday on 15th Nov) to show up at malls and virtually no one but English courses would celebrate Halloween lol nowadays there's halloween treats and mall decoration (all aimed at children). i went to some halloween parties as an adult but that was merely an excuse to drink lol meant nothing else because there was no halloween when I was a kid, it was just something we would see in American movies |

on that subject, it amazes me how much things have changed with internet... there's some young interns at my work and they seem to have born with a smartphone glued to their hands.. it's not that big of a age gap but technology makes me feel it is
