Donated to a French charity because of our refusal to have charities do something similar. Thanks, ScoMo you heartless prick.

Why does it feel better to sleep on the floor instead of couch? Closer to nature or the Earth on the ground maybe? (yes I'm reading McKenna again )

...only bothering for the Pixar films really. And I might watch Empire Strikes Back again--would be rude not to. Saved Walt Disney Animation in the end and made Steve Jobs a few billion dollars as well.

These last few days have felt longer than those in the past few months for whatever reason... That and I'm starting to feel really lazy.

Had the Coronavirus nasal swab. It’s not pleasant, but it’s not nearly as bad as some proclaim. Result was Negative.

Posted my last opinion on the Goccidoro case, I just have better things then constantly crying foul.
Also, can you please cheer me up? I'm about to lose my dog.

Why does it feel better to sleep on the floor instead of couch? I love sleeping on the floor, do it all the time. I think it's the fact that what you're lying stays nice and firm, it's a satisfying feeling compared to a bed that get a bit wallow-y if you can't drift off quick.

Hmm, a rather uncomfortable period of my life is now over. This forum and community has been a great distraction and a lot of fun to visit every single day. Thanks to everyone involved!

Remember boys and girls: regularly clean your computer cases.
Related: am I the only one here who really enjoys hovering? Very satisfying, always looking forward to it.

In response to Jonathan Ross’s claim that Elvis Costello is the best songwriter of his generation: I can’t agree. I think Paul Weller is better.
One of the things that bugs me about Elvis’s output is his preoccupation with being clever. His fiddly wordplay risks turning songwriting into an intellectual exercise divorced from emotion, I feel. This has never been a problem with Weller, even at his most verbose in The Jam: you always get a sense of his passion coming through. But intellectual stimulation is all I get from a lot of Elvis. My emotions are left untouched, even while he’s singing his little heart out, believing every word he’s singing. The problem is I don’t.

If God made man fallible, then why does man have to ask God for forgivenes? Should be the other way round, surely? 🤔

Lyon's season wasn't the fault of F. Dettori, JM Bazire, A Starke, E Raffin etc. To complain that racing was the culprit is idiotic, Monseiur Aulas. I don't blame H Bowman or C Williams for CBR Brave losing the title last year.

So this lockdown has made me use tinder a bit more lately, just swiping out of boredom... And I've noticed a strange pattern;
I really don't get many matches at all from typical Finnish girls. I mean, of course I don't swipe nearly everything but almost every time I do I can assume it's not a match. It's almost like they're automatically uninterested.
BUT, I've noticed there is a type for me. It doesn't even matter if she's really fit, as long as she has some "alternative/artsy/hipster" vibes I can almost assume I get a match. This just strengthens my idea that's the kind of crowd I belong to when it comes to social circles. It's almost like I'm in some kind of blindspot to "normal" girls but those indie girls immediately find me more interesting.
I matched with this goth girl last month. She was a few years older than me, local but had an Italian name and much darker features than typically here, 10/10 looks. I thought she was way above my league but somehow she still found me interesting enough for a match. I never messaged her though coz I don't really like tinder when it comes to dating but it's a fun app when you're bored as fuck.
