Was thinking of doing my own top 10 songs by females, because why not? Are there any rules, like do they have to have written the song themselves? In that case Aretha Franklin would have to go.
The fact that I have to really think to come up with 10 songs is quite embarrasing, I'll admit that.

Not in tears because Aubrion lost, in tears because bullied today. To Ray Hadley, go fuck yourself with a pole.

You didn't get in? Yes, sadly. That's a shame :/ Have you tried applying again? I think if you get declined from all of your choices you could still try to apply again. I have the IELTS test next week Saturday... I've got conditional offer from Glasgow Caledonian uni (6.0, no element less than 5.5) and Edinburgh Napier hasn't responded yet. I don't care about Napier because I prefer Glasgow but it's weird that it's taking them so long because I can't even accept the offer from Caley before they've responded.

I'll try again, but the 5.0 I got for oral expression will make the task difficult. I still can't believe I oly got 5.0 tbh...

Had surgery on my foot yesterday and now I have to sit or lie with my foot up for 2 days.
I know some people would love that, but I find it such a drag. I feel fat and bored.

Fuck the rules, do whatever u like wee pal You just made this task even harder But I'll ignore the songwriter part and see what I'll come up with. Edit: Read mystoryisgory 's list, and he cheated - Neneh Cherry is Swedish, nothing else Damnit, I was hoping that no one would notice! Guess you can't hide that from a fellow Swede. But to be fair, Neneh Cherry doesn't exactly scream "Swedish", does she? Doesn't she live in Bristol now? Isn't that how she came to be Massive Attack's mentor and all? Besides, I didn't even know that Sweden had black people. So it was news to me when I looked her up yesterday when assembling my list, but I decided to try and deceive people anyway. Anyway, regarding the rules for your list of favorite songs by women, the criteria I used were: 1) female solo artist or band that has a frontwoman. 2) from Britain. 3) did she write the song or has writing credit on the song? My list was actually quite hard to make because most of the ladies I listen to aren't British!! So St. Vincent, Grimes, Lorde, Missy Elliot, Beach House, Joanna Newsom, Joni Mitchell, Alvvays, Bjork, etc couldn't make the cut. That's why I had to sneak in Neneh - I don't know enough British women musicians! But given how your musical tastes seem to woefully neglect women, you can make it easier on yourself by not restricting yourself to the UK, and include tunes where she doesn't have a writing credit. Besides, we can't overlook the talent of great interpreters of songs written by others like Aretha and Joan Baez!

The most successful female songwriter of the latter half of the 20th century in the USA, having written or co-written 118 pop hits on the Billboard Hot 100 between 1955 and 1999. King also wrote 61 hits that charted in the UK, making her the most successful female songwriter on the UK singles charts between 1952 and 2005.

All I knew is that she is Swedish, I don't know if I have heard her in anything ^^ Alright, then 10 songs is no longer a problem

Republicans believe every day is the Fourth of July, the Democrats believe every day is April 15, and Californians believe everyday is April 20.

Just realised when my beard spreads to the cheeks and face properly I will always have a noticeable stubble in me face. Not sure if it's a good or bad thing...
Even if I've just shaved it it's still showing
