Any updates? i know several days passed, but i hope he's ok He’s still missing unfortunately 😔 But i dont have any updates. Im guessing the family are still looking, i dont want to torture them so leave them be. I speak to one of his close friends but she’s living in London so knows the same as me really

It just came up as a memory on Facebook that I was with him a year ago today. Me and my mrs went over to Dublin for my birthday so met up with him.
Was talking to her about it last night, me and John met up for years to go to gigs, 2/3/4 years could pass before we would meet again and it would be like we saw each other the previous day. Never a bad word said, such a nice guy, absolute legend
Keep having mad dreams about him. Really bizarre, it's playing on my mind big time
I've still got hope he's somehow with the homeless somewhere and for whatever reason doesn't want to be found, I 100% still believe he didn't go in that river
Fingers crossed for everybody ❤️

Let's just hope that John will be found soon safe and well. He's often in my thoughts.

Still no update to his whereabouts? Top lad. I hope all is well. Unfortunately not. I spent the weekend in Dublin as there was an event put on to raise money for the volunteers who still continue to search for him. A very emotional night for everyone. For my own sanity and to get first hand information I spent alot of time with the divers/sea rescue and one of the gents was telling me he's been doing it for 40 years and he's dumbfounded (his exact words) that they haven't found him, he said if they don't find a body they always find clothing or something relating to the person. This particular rescuer doesnt think John went in the river

Should have posted this way earlier, but rewind back to when i went to see Bono's Solo show in Glasgow. Had a day in the city with my other half, hung about the loading bay to try and meet Bono, was too cold in the end, so didn't bother
Anyway, went into the show, was walking about the venue, about to get a beer and i hear an Irish voice shout across 'CRAIG, HOW ARE YOU?' - turned around and it was John. Was absolutely lovely to see him again. Stood and had said beer with him.
An absolute gentleman.
