It does feel like it’s thawing but that may only be how it appears on the outside. They’ve both been quiet on each other lately and Noel does indeed seem like a weight has been lifted off his shoulders.
I wouldn’t be getting too excited if a reunion is your thing 😂

"my uncle works at Sony in Japan so I already have the Playstation 6"
But if true it's nice to know
Yeah I know how it sounds. I believe him though, could be of that theyre just hoping for a reunion with 30 years definitely maybe. - no gigs scheduled for both of them in 2024 - divorce is going to cost a lot of money - Liam stopped the digs at Noel lately - Noel answers reunion questions and sounds different about it then couple of years ago. Who knows?

It's time for reunion setlist posts and you know it:
Swamp song Hello Roll with it Morning glory Lyla Some might say Acquiesce Talk tonight Half the world away Little by little Columbia Supersonic Cigarettes and Alcohol Stand by me Whatever Round are way The masterplan Don’t look back in anger
Slide away Wonderwall Live forever (Noel version with Liam on vocals) Champagne supernova Rock and roll star
I am the walrus

All those that state a reunion won’t be the same .. Liam sounds better than he has done in 20 years(big factor) Noel is back on peak form.. they are also realising age is catching maybe? There’s defo some changes in recent months and like I said if he books nothing for next year then it’s a clue

I think best scenario is adding Liam to High Flying Birds lineup. I've listened a couple of their latest shows and they are sounding great. Add Bonehead if he can in some of the shows and you have it.

I have to admit I prefer bigger interviews like the Pedal Show or Gibson's Icons than regular interviews where it always ends up with the same old "When is Oasis getting back together" shit. But still my main point was that there's an overall lack of "oomph" or excitement that was always there before. Not just from him, but around here too. There was always a great... I'm going to say energy... that would keep us all excited. What's the next single going to be, how crappy the video is going to be, interviews, stories about the recording, etc. The fact that those who bought the digital version for the documentary still don't have the whole thing and don't know when they'll get the rest also plays into this. It feels abandoned. It feels like this record has been abandoned. I think the excitement in the forum was there before the release. After we got the album there really wasn't anything else to keep us interested. But I've seen it with lots of bands these days, it was the same with Arctic Monkeys, loads of interviews a month before The Car and then after the release silence again and I felt it was the same with C'MON YOU KNOW.

What's weird is that I still keep coming back to Council Skies. I freaking love the album. I listened to The Car, like, three times and it refuses to make an impression on me. C'Mon You Know has a banger or two but otherwise is very meh to me compared to the first two.
I freaking love Council Skies. My 9- and 6-year-olds do, too.

It's still my least favourite record of his yet I've been listening to it a lot in the past month. I find the record itself a little underwhelming but the songs are good, enough for me to want to listen to it anyway. C'mon You Know never grew on me and I didn't buy it. I'm not a huge Liam fan so the record needs to be pretty good for me to enjoy it. As You Were was great, Why Me, Why Not? was OK and C'mon You Know is not for me.

A reunion won't happen especially next year as I'm sure that Noel will want to take a long break after this tour like he always does and Liam might have a new album out then too. And, he's supposed to be doing a Definitely Maybe tour as well.

What's he's gonna tour in 2024? The depressing break up acoustic album? He already said he wouldn't tour that because he said it would be boring and he'd be right. The stadium rock album? Can't see that. Too soon for another proper studio album. Also too soon for Liam to tour a new album by the time it's done he's still doing vocals atm

I’m 100% certain the oasis reunion is happening. Look at the clues. Stadium rock album wrote by noel, bonehead has been in contact with noel, anais going to liams gig and noel dedicating a song to andy bell. And on top of that noels getting divorced.

His setlists were still 'Moon' dominant in 2019. He was set to tour more in 2020 to promote the EPs, which those setlists still would've been 'Moon' dominant because that's where he still was creatively. It's not uncommon for artists to tour albums for over two years out. U2 toured No Line On The Horizon from Summer 2009 to Summer 2011. Coldplay with A Head Full of Dreams from Sept. 2015 to November 2017. Their Music of the Spheres tour is going to end next September, and that album was released late 2021. I get Noel is nowhere near the size of U2 and Coldplay but Noel is going to want to tour heavily for a myriad of reasons these days.

Yeah he's always been on the road for a couple of consecutive years with HFB The NGHFB tour lasted until late 2012, Chasing Yesterday till the 2016 festivals season and he was done with WBTM in late 2019 Sure, this ain't been as successful, but there are still places he has not been to like SA and Australia/NZ, European festivals and he may do a couple of big ones in the UK as this year it was mostly boutique ones he was headlining

The only mystery left of this release cycle is who is Clement St. Leonard?
percussion (tracks 1–13), the funk box (track 2), tubular bells (tracks 3, 4), sound effects (tracks 5, 6, 8, 9, 11), keyboards (track 6)
Noel mentions tubular bells were played on a mellotron.

Was talking to a friend about this the other day, I wonder if Andy would turn down a reunion? Assuming Guigs ain't coming back, Andy would be the other choice, but he seems really happy with Ride and his own stuff. Like, content and satisfied. I have to wonder if he'd even bother with the circus.

IMO, even Noel seems unexcited to tour the Council Skies album again — at almost every gig this past year he plodded through the CS songs at the start of the show and then sarcastically apologized for them, “We’ll get to the 90s songs soon, don’t worry.”

The Council Skies songs were very well received there. Obviously not at the same level of the classics, but they got much better reaction than tbe WBTM songs in the gigs I attended in the WBTM tour Don't get me wrong: WBTM is my favourite HFB album, but that was my experience in the gigs

I have to wonder if he'd even bother with the circus. If they ever get back I think Noel would demand every member to fully commit to the band and not treat it like a side project until the next Ride album. If they come back as a touring band it could work but not if they return as a proper band. Personally I'd like a mix of the original band (90's and 00's) and new members that could bring something new.

Plus he'll have his own side projects, everyone will have side projects. Unrealistic of him to expect everyone to drop all that, they'll want to keep side projects going for when the Oasis thing is all over so they've got another income stream - obv except Noel who doesn't have to work again ever he doesn't want to. The others do.
