I love this cover of Mighty Quinn. I think it would make a great closer for his next tour, similar to how Oasis used covers sometimes as a closer. They've been doing All You Need Is Love for a while, so don't think it's completely out of the picture Would love for him to do more covers, not necessarily live even in the studio now he's got his own, I like most of the ones he's done (besides Heroes)

Was never a fan of This Is The Place but thought it sounded excellent. Its funny how hearing a song live can give you a new appreciation of it.

Holy Mountain and Black Star Dancing did this for me But as for This Is The Place I don't remember it being this good live back in 2019, think they've really mastered it

I loved the recording of This Is The Place. The live version sounds even better.

I think that it was a really good concert and all of the Noel's songs sounded better live than they did on record. But that might be because we haven't had any live concerts from Noel for two years.

Hated Holy Mountain when it was released. Saw it live and loved it since

But it’s still a cracking tune live.

The 2019 live versions of it were appalling, in my honest opinion. This one is obviously a polished live mix but it looks like the arrangement has tightened up and more guitar prominence did it wonders. Noel's vocals being jabbed up over the two ladies work better for the sound balance as well.

Loving "A Dream Is All I Need To Get By". Hope Noel plays this song live whenever he's on the road again.

Maybe unpopular but this could be my favourite version of Dead In The Water (bar the one in Milan where he let the crowd sing cause I was there)

I never met one person who liked the fact Oasis had I Am The Walrus as a closer. I get the appeal of it in 1994 maybe, but 14/15 years later when you have 30+ songs of your own people are dying to hear? Was just strange. People just used it as chance to get off and beat the queues on the way home.

It was brilliant live. In many ways it’s fitting that it was the last song ever played live by Oasis.

Closing the HFB gigs with All you need is love was equally unnecessary in my opinion.

Never thought of it that way That said, only things I've ever collected are the gig tickets and not in a scrapbook either so most of them probably got lost or chucked in the bin at some point... Still got the specially printed Dublin bus ticket to the '09 Slane Castle gig though

Not Dublin bus Was just a regular yellow-white-blue rambler ticket but the white bit had OASIS printed on it. The yellow bit had the date and location, if I remember correctly... Shame there were no buses to take us back after the gig though and we had to walk for like 2 hours It was pretty hot that day and obviously we had been up since early morning so when we finally got back to Dublin, we were all wrecked. Still remember that EVERYONE and their dog went to the McDonald's on Grafton Street and there was a busker outside playing Oasis songs and everyone singing and dancing at like 4am!! Happy days, happy memories!!
