Judging from clip on twitter, It has more direct(?) sounding than BBC broadcast to me.

Of the three songs released so far, I think I like the Some Might Say recording the best. Everyone sounds pretty good on that id say.

Quality sounds splendid to me, best sounding so far. Still just looking forward to both nights being ripped and split from the Blu ray, still no idea why they released the 2nd night version of Champagne Supernova on the official album.

Well now I finally know when he ditches the sun glasses. Quality is better than anything that's been available obviously.

I wish it is more powerful drum and bass and turned up a bit vocal and down guitars.

So what's the story with Guigsy then? He has been very cleverly edited out (face close up shots anyway) it seems which is crazy to me whatever the reason but still would love that question answered properly.

This is probably the best example of SMS and the spirit of Oasis.

So fucking weird to see that aran in HD. The incorrect aspect ratio, sub-VHS quality version from that YouTube rip that's been around for years is practically burned into my brain.

Fuck me that is astounding. The vibrancy of colour and sharpness of image is parallel to no other Oasis footage around. I think both nights will end up going down as the greatest Oasis concert film(s) of their career. Now we only need a similar treatment for Live By The Sea and the BHN tour...

Some might say mix I find that the vocals and bass are a bit too low compared to the guitars. I hope the DVD is not all like that. So far the best mix is Live Forever audio

One thing I think we can all agree on is that Some Might Say remains a fantastic tune.

I have to admit one song I really wish had been around in time for mid-96 is Stand By Me.
With how good some recent versions by Liam have been, I can’t imagine how mega that would have sounded at Knebworth.

Well, it already existed, so they could be any of the mustique demos played, the 2 chosen ones we already know which they were, on the one hand it seems good to me because they do justice to these songs (which the final versions in the album don't work), but on the other hand I would also have preferred other songs, like I Hope, I Think, I Know, or Stand By Me.

Oh f**k yeah, i always remember that wrong….for some reason i keep thinking the demos were done after Knebworth but of course they were before. And yes i always wondered what the thought process was in choosing to do My Big Mouth and Its Gettin Better Man. I really like both of those, but I’d have expected Stand By Me instead of one of them for sure. And possibly IHITIK or Stay Young. I guess BHN, TGITDS, FIO and DGA were judged as too slow and AATW as too long for that kind of gig, while they maybe had earmarked DYKWIM as a single by then so wanted to save it.
