Wonder what Lenny Kravitz feels about the song. The chorus is the same as again. Nonetheless it's a great cause.
Times Like These(original by Foo Fighters but covered by several artist with the help of BBC) charted #1 with a cover similar to this.

It may be a good cause but I don't want to hear the cover of this song and I never watch the programme anyway.

"reimagined cover", in plain english that usually means "we have managed to make it sound like complete and utter shite"

Isn't the god awful Robbie Williams in the line up too? Now I love Stop Crying Your Heart Out but this new version will probably be one of the worst covers ever. And, it'll be another good song ruined.

It's grown on me a bit over the years but I find SCYHO a bit bland, like one of Noel's least remarkable melodies dressed up nicely. If it makes money for Children in Need then great and I guess it adds to the Oasis legacy.

This is really bad, what's wrong with some of their pronunciations? And the arrangement sucks Atleast it was for a good cause.

Noel Gallagher is donating to BBC Children in Need his very own presentation disc awarded to him for the Oasis single ‘Stop Crying Your Heart’ which he will personally sign for you. “It’s a great honour to have Stop Crying Your Heart Out chosen as this year’s Children in Need anthem.” said Noel. “Children in Need a fantastic charity which in these increasingly desperate times is now more important than ever.” All proceeds from this auction will benefit BBC Children in Need, (registered charity number 802052 in England & Wales and SC039557 in Scotland).”
