I've just read this interview and I didn't know that Gem had produced his album. It's a good and interesting interview.

I'm a bit frustrated he didn't give details about which songs were recorded with DIV.
As for if there are any existing recordings, I guess Noel has them (in some socks drawer), I don't reckon he would altogether destroy them after having paid for the sessions, just like he pretended he destroyed the AA sessions before admitting he of course still has a copy of them.
But it's very unlikely these DIV sessions will ever surface, even on a hypothetical Oasis anthology box set or a Deluxe reissue of DBTT.

I'm a bit frustrated he didn't give details about which songs were recorded with DIV. Same here, they usually don't get that kind of questions on interviews, so when they just avoid to give any details it's very upsetting.
