Where's it from that? Sounds like Matt Morgan's podcast but it's not showing a release since June on apple podcasts for that. It's on Patreon, Spotify didnt pay enough(or at all) to make it sustainable. So they went to Patreon where ay least people who want to hear them will pay them directly.

What is it about turning fifty that seems to make people turn into complete fucking idiots?
I'm more and more thankful for Chris Martin just being a goody-two-shoes every day.

He's not wrong in what he says about the stupid fucking laws. How you can all go in a pub or a cafe and not wear one, but then in a shop you have to etc. It is backwards and doesn't make sense.
But... just fucking wear one in the shops, or on transport etc, it's not hard. It is daft, but it's gotta be done so hopefully - and I say that knowing full well it's unlikely - we can return to normality sooner rather than later.
It's also just common courtesy. If you wear a mask, it reduces the chance of spreading it through exhaling. Obviously it doesn't reduce the chance of anything else, which is why it's stupid, but if everyone has a mask on then it at least reduces 'something' - in theory, even though I refuse to accept any fucker on the planet has an actual clue what this illness is or how it spreads since they change the rules every 10 minutes.

Look, I still love the guy. Still love his music. He's an all-time legend. That doesn't change, even if I disagree with him or am disappointed by something he says.

Why is it usually the middle aged men who have so hard time wearing a mask. It's not that difficult to wear one... I don't think there's anything wrong with saying the law around masks here in the UK is daft. I obviously can't speak for other places. But we've been actively encouraged - and rightly so to try and get peoples' lives back on track - to get out and about etc. And it's fine not to wear a mask in a cafe or bar, but in a shop you have to. And it was only mandatory from July, despite the fact we had 1,000s of deaths per-day in March and April but it wasn't mandatory then, even though supermarkets etc were still open. There's a lot of hysteria now and it's coming to a point where governments need to start having a fucking idea of how to get out of this, because it's ridiculous. BUT, I think you can think all of the above and still just, as you say, pop a mask on if you're on the train, or going into a shop.

Of course the headline is made this way but let's say Noel has a point on this with the way the rules are set up etc. everywhere around the world. Some really dont make any sense nor help in any way.
That being said I dont say you should not wear masks either or taking a side here. But not judge this just from the headline.

That being said I dont say you should not wear masks either or taking a side here. But not judge this just from the headline. Just simply wear a mask when possible - that is all. Inevitably social areas like pubs/restaurants will be difficult but when possible in other general places, it will help limit the spread. I mean how fucking hard is this to understand?

Did I say something against that in general? So don't implicate anything like that here and keep your dumb question, Bro. If you want to ask me that.
My point was I hate how headlines are made these days without people checking the actual content. Nothing to do with the opinion itself.

I went on the train for the first time since March the other day. Leeds station is like something out of 1984. It is fucking mental and nobody has a clue mate. It's really always 'possible' to wear a mask. it's possible in a pub or a cafe or whatever. It's the government's hap-hazard approach that riles people. I'm not defending Noel here btw. He's been a dick and totally misunderstanding the point. But, the whole thing is as fucking stupid as his opinion tbh. Just fed up of it all. This government. The world governments and scientists not having a fucking clue. China all but back to how it was before. Just shows that if you really want to change something, fear of the unknown is the best way to do it. And i'm no conspiracy theorist - they're lunatics too.

This is why I don't read Noel's interviews these days as he's changed to much for me. When he was in Oasis I used to love his interviews as they were always funny but not anymore. As for not wearing a face mask well Noel is a total arrogant ase hole. Honestly what a twat to say such things. And if he ever gets a fine well it will serve him right.

He just seems more and more bitter as time goes on. The Noel I fell in love with was loudmouth and cocky, but fun-loving and with a working-class sensibility. These days, he just seems like a Tory.
If only his personality was as fun as his last album.
