Surely we all see something completely unrealistic in movies that annoy us.
Like how a hero gets shot, lays around in pain for a bit and immediately gets back up and starts fighting again
When you're trying to revive a dead friend, screaming at them should help
Or how a 5'4 tall women can beat up a 6'4 tall man without taking any damage while the man can't do anything.

- How frequently it means nothing when someone is killed. - When punching or kicking someone instantly knocks them out. - The lack of disabling injuries. How can someone can be launched against a wall by a 15ft musclebound monster and seemingly not break a single bone in their body?! They'll fall to their knees, stagger around a bit holding their shoulder for a minute (if we're lucky) and then it will all be forgotten. - Collateral damage. This is particularly prevalent in superhero movies where the hero, who is often trying to rescue one individual, will happily leave behind a trail of destruction (presumably many millions of dollars worth) in which ordinary members of the public are treated like they don't exist. Car chases are another good example of this. - When the whole cast are attractive enough to model when they're supposed to be portraying normal people. Who cares what they look like?
Needless to say I'm not big on superhero movies, haha.

Worst thing always is when main character is about to get killed, he is captured and all and then bad guy starts talking instead killing him. Then he is talking until something happens and main character can escape.
Every movie or tv show is shit after that, it doesn't matter how good or bad it was before or after.
When they killed Ned Stark, that's when I really fell in love with GOT.

Dog attacks especially Pit Bulls, Suburra's director must never have seen photos of dog fights.

People always find a parking spot right where they need it.
And they don't say "bye" when they end a phone call, they just hang up.
Also I find it terribly annoying when they give some information to the viewer through some lazy dialogue writting. For example I remember an episode of The Walking Dead on which they introduced two new characters and the dialogue was something like this:
- It's so good that we're living through this together, because we're sisters. - Yeah, and I'm also 7 years older than you!

Just the general American dialogue. It's not unrealistic, but it's in so many films and I can't not hate it. In a zombie film there'll be someone going "Dude, this is totally fucked" and I'll start rooting for the undead.

- Holy shit, Dave was murdered! - No way! - Yes way! *flips on TV without having to change the channel, where news announcer immediately says "Dave was killed at 2:45 this afternoon!"*

People being at home in their marvelous houses or apartments during the day when police comes to question them and then being totally hostile, just so that we know they have something to hide. Or not.

The one thing that annoys me more than anything is when actors are playing musicians and their hand positions and fingers clearly don't match the music when miming along to music. I'm not expecting them to be virtuosos, but can't they even try to have their hands positioned where those notes actually are… or at least move your fingers when the music clearly requires them to?
