Could be good that.
What a contrast between Liam talking about complete chaos when Oasis were there to Chris Martin talking about Yellow FFS.
I don’t mind a bit of Coldplay, but that just seemed so lame.

Just been watching the Rockfield documentary. Liam comes across really well, very funny. When he talks about Noel doing loads of guitar takes when he should go to the pub instead. 😂
Great documentary, very sad bit about the death of the charlatans keyboard player.

Liam came over great, and certainly very sad about Rob which I remember from the time.

Anyone interested in the full story about Rob Collins death and the Charlatans should look up their film Mountain Picnic Blues.

For those of you who like me are outside of the UK and couldn't see this via the BBC iPlayer, here is the interview bit with Liam and Bonehead from the film. The recording of WTSMG has always been the most interesting bit of the early days, as it was the band on their ascent to the top and without pressure they were able to record in basically two weeks with a fight and a few weeks off in between. Contrast that with Be Here Now which required multiple studio changes and tons of pressure and its no wonder that the two albums are very, very different in terms of quality.

Just watched that clip, got to say Liam comes off very well. Light-hearted, humorous, like he really was enjoying himself reminiscing.

Really enjoyed this. Liam telling a story about ridiculous antics is always a good time. It's always interesting to me, the contrast between Liam's apparent bitterness on twitter towards Noel and how he comes off as fairly chill about him in interviews.
