He could tour and make a nice profit if he maybe hit a bus and toughed it out like a lot of other acts. I can see him playing places that people like Elvis Costello or Aimee Mann play but as igotflair mentioned if he wants to book rooms at 5 star hotels he or I should say US audiences are fucked.

Oasis were doing MSG in 2008, what could Liam do? Probably not MSG, but 90's nostalgia is still alive and well. Surely he could 10,000+ plus venues by himself. A co headlining tour with a wise choice could bring 20,000+ venues. He'd have to pick somebody who's bigger than him and most likely a 90's act. As previously mentioned, Foo Fighters seem like a logical choice, given that they fit the profile and get along with Liam. I've seen some delusional Oasis fans but this one takes the cake. No offense.

I'd say he could still do a decent tour of let's say 10 gigs with covering the major markets at 3000-5000 capacity venues. Maybe doing some festival dates around during that time too. Don't know if that would do it for them financially and what they expect but this is how I would see Liam do over there these days.

No one mentioned Coachella announced...and Liam isn’t on it.
Surprised there isn’t more dates/news...surely the plan wasn’t just to do Atlanta. Starting to think whoever said earlier that he’d pull the ATL gig without any other dates is gonna end up correct.
Having been to four Liam solo gigs in three US cities...I think he could do btwn 1500-5000, depending on city.
Still hoping at least for an East Coast swing...ATL, then Philly, NYC x2, Boston, Toronto x2. Throw in Chicago, Montreal, Ottawa, DC maybe.

Liam can’t tour the USA in the spring because he’s too busy shooting season 6 of Peaky Blinders.
Liam the social media star - check Liam the solo rock star - check Liam the documentary star - check Liam the tv star - processing....

New festival date, Beale St Music Festival, May 1-3. WHERE ARE THE US TOUR DATES?!?!? I hope he pops into Graceland but I'm sad he's not doing a solo tour date in Memphis, i would've flown in for that.

I know I’ll have to fly somewhere to see him. Just need to be able to plan ahead for work and such, the longer it takes the harder it is, you know?

That Beale Street fest looks like a kick-ass lineup. I was looking at a 2018 lineup initially, and that was a good lineup too.
As a U14 soccer player I had a teammate robbed In the hotel parking lot in Memphis....swearing off the town henceforth....but at looks like a great sleeper festival.
Yea...seems he’ll fill in American dates in May...god I hope.

Memphis is a wonderful city, with an amazing musical history. Like any town, crime can happen if you’re unlucky. But don’t let it sweat you off a wonderful place. I've only been to Memphis once and I stayed right near Graceland which is a really bad part of town. Nothing ever happened to me but it wasn't till I got back to Texas that I was made aware of the fact that muggings are not uncommon. The people I interacted with were all good kind folks and the food is AMAZING lol.
