What do we reckon - did Cantona record himself singing along and Liam get the idea from that or was that clip filmed after the video shoot?

The video has different mastering audio that has DR10! Maybe they(Warner?) wanted avoid turned voulme down by loudness normalization. Sadly Official CD and Digital Release are DR5..

Nothing to over analyze, I reckon.

Nothing to over analyze, I reckon. So the man who hates making videos more than just about anyone in music wanted to make videos for these EP's? Its almost as if they're not the leftover spares just chucked out there to hold fans over until the next album that people on this forum would have you believe.

I didn't insinuate that they're "leftover spares", they are somewhat quiet releases lacking adequate promotion. I assure you, he'll be getting 1M+ views as soon as he takes a little break and does another album.

And I don’t think promoting a single to hell and back is accurate when it was released with a lyric video with almost zero marketing months ago.

Then played live on Fallon(A massive american show). Became a setlist staple. Then released with a music video starring a famous football player with his name in the title. Noels was announced and premiered on YouTube. It's that simple really.

In fact, there was minor promotion for it, like WMWN in general.

I'll concede this much, it may not have been promoted to hell and back, but it was promoted a hell of a lot more than Blue Moon Rising.

I couldn't get halfway through Blue Moon Rising's video before turning it off, I don't know whether that counts as a view and how many other people did the same.

The funny thing is: Once is not his latest single. It even hadn't a proper release in July.

Both of these videos should be seen as what they are, a nice little addition to the cause for the few that are interested. Fair play to both of them for giving us an extra something.
To put them in perspective, the top 100 music videos of 2020 right now have between 1.3 billion (pos.100) and 6.6 billion (pos.1) views.
These are peppercorn, is all.

Hungarian rappers get more views constantly than the brothers. And this isn’t a big country.
