Miles Kane supported Beady Eye’s first European tour in 2011. Was very impressed. Saw him 3 times afterwards and before (The Last Shadow Puppets in 2008). His first solo album was good, but he failed with his second album...
I wouldn’t mind seeing Miles supporting Liam on European tour as well.

Miles Kane is alright. Noel actually did backing vocals on one of his tracks. Seen him a few times.

I was slightly disappointed, would have loved to see DMA's again, I'll be in London. But then, I saw them in a tiny venue, shortly before they broke through (that boat in Bristol, they most literally rocked that one!) and I guess nothing could better that show anyway. So I'm looking forward to experience someone new in Miles Kane, as I have trust in your musical taste. *starts spotfying Kane* As for that European tour, they already announced Gerry Cinnamon for Australia. Now just lose that -al- and Vienna will be happy.

DMA's on the Liverpool date, lovely stuff. Confused with the Liverpool one. Poster says Dmas but the star is different than the others and Miles Kane tweeted he's the support for it.

Newcastle and Birmingham apparently also get Twisted Wheel. OK, now I am jealous! That's kind of great mini festival, those 3!

Seen Miles Kane at a small venue before his 2nd album, probably one of my favourite gigs.
Don't think much of his newer stuff but his 1st album and Last Shadow Puppets are excellent
I only know one DMAS song but what I've heard I like.
Will actually watch the support for once, good stuff

Noel contributed to one song as backing vocal. At that time he played the intro of Verve’s This Is Music at the beginning of his songs live (can’t remember which one). He started as the front man of The Rascals. After their split, he was out of sight for a year or so. I remember he was gonna support Kasabian at Paradiso in February 2010, but cancelled at last minute without giving any information. A year later he was standing in the same venue to support Beady Eye and it was a really good gig. My English friend and I were like “f**king hell!!!”. Unfortunatelly he seems lost his way after the second album. I’ve read that he’s a friend with Weller now, so who knows, his next album might impress me. As for Liam’s support act, I’m pretty sure we’ll get the same band as yours. We shall see. Or maybe Twisted Wheel which supported Oasis In 2009

Miles is the perfect support act for Liam. A neo-mod who's not afraid to mix genres up a bit. Love almost everything he's ever done.

joladella, off topic, but just remembered, Miles Kane and Skelly brothers from The Coral are relatives and Miles' drummer Jay is Chris Sharrock's son. Also The Coral supported Oasis on their European tour in 2005. Everyone is connected to one or another...

And thanks for the reminder, of course, Jay played once with Beady Eye, that lovely 2 drummer Jools "Flick of the finger".
Speaking of family ...
As it seems in London we're getting Boy Azooga as support as well, can't say I heard of them, but isn't that one of the bands Liam mentioned as one of his sons liking them at the moment? Seems to be a great way to get a career push, convince the Gallagher kids and they'll hand you over to dad!

Liam mentioned Boy Azooga earlier this month when somebody asked him his favourite up and coming artist. I thought he's gonna do something with them in the future...Just a guess!
Their music's so cool, indeed!

Or maybe Twisted Wheel which supported Oasis In 2009 Weller actually co-wrote 2 tracks on Miles second album. I personally wouldn’t say he’s lost his way, he’s just gone in a different direction with his third album. First is heavy 60s influenced, second is more of a party album and third is more punk/The Damned inspired. I don’t think the newer stuff works so well but at least (like Weller) he tries to change it up a bit each album
