I love Why Me, Why Not and I love As You Were. I see some people being quite critical of Why Me, Why Not saying that it's too poppy, commercial, it's Bryan Adams doing Take That, etc. What I wondered is, between As You Were & Why Me Why Not, could you create an album that is pretty much just rock and roll. No overly poppy moments, no slow numbers. Just rock.
I came up with this and after a few listens, it's actually pretty good and flows very well:
1. Shockwave 2. Wall of Glass 3. Halo 4. Greedy Soul 5. Be Still 6. Why Me, Why Not 7. Come Back To Me 8. You Better Run 9. I Get By 10. Invisible Sun 11. Doesn't Have To Be That Way 12. The River 13. Gone
What do you think? If Liam was only just releasing his first solo album, and those were the tracks, how would you feel? What does your Liam "rock" album like?
