Figured a thread to gather all the reviews that will start popping up is needed. So.... Here it is! Q Magazine - 4/5

Not bad, although the writer seems unaware that last three tracks are bonus tracks, and picks Invisible Sun as a highlight at the end yet doesn't mention it at all in the review. Some things never change eh?
Second review to pick out Gone as well. Nice to hear it has another Gospel outro as One of Us is excellent.

Good read that. Lovely excitement building for the tracks we haven't heard.
Particularly for Gone. Love a big, important final track. Has a lot to live up to, if it wants to be as good as I've All I Need in my book.
Roll on the album!

Bond theme mentioned Oasis will only reunite if it's to record a full album of Bond tunes. Bond 26: All Gallagher, All The Time.

Feel like it's a bit unfair of them to say it goes on to long when the three tracks at the end are just bonus songs.

Haha, for fooks sake, here come the "Bond theme!" believers
Also, the reviewer clearly didn't realize he had the Deluxe version, but it's great to see that those tracks aren't just throwaways!
BRING IT ON!!

muhar, what? once, according to that review, sounds like a song from urban hymns ashcroft? well, if you consider once to be the song from the urban hmyns era, that richie thought about, "fucking hell, what did i do? better bury that one deep, deep, deep in my yard; no one should ever draw any connection between myself and that... song", well yeah, then spot on! ashcorft's urban hymns era. ... the fuck?

Pitchfork review: “Too much melody. Not enough boops, beeps, and random noises. 0/5”

Pitchfork review: “Too much melody. Not enough boops, beeps, and random noises. 0/5” I say they will give it between a 5 and 6.

That review was great to read! I wonder why they didn't mention The River. Would like to see how that stacks alongside the entirety of Why Me Why Not.

What’s a Bond tune anyways? All those songs are all over the map musically.

Maybe he sings a bit like Shirley Bassey on some songs.

Am I the only one who thinks it's stupid to have album reviews prior to their actual release? That being said, it certainly builds up the excitement and it was nice to read that.

That is how its always been. Same with movies. And as you said, builds up the excitement. I'm now looking forward more to this new album after reading that.

In fact, I wish we had been treated with just one/two full songs off the album prior to its release, but in this era I'm a nostalgic fucker.
