I'm watching now on MTV Live, he's doing WMWN and I will never understand why he can't just sing with his head voice instead of just shouting as high as he can.

Sad Bong was really good....Líam should go in to the studio with a handful of Oasís cd's for his team of songwriters, and have them listen to those albums, and say, 'write songs like that, not shit like For What Cat's Are Worth'.
Thanks.

I just sat on my ass in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in 2019 and watched Liam Gallagher play an amazing show on TV.... Am I dead?

I hate greedy soul. Whats the sense of it in acoustic session. Hate It at all. It's a song the singer wanted to sing.

Are we really going to complain about that performance? I listened to it with my "head ears" and it was as good as rkids going to be in 2019. Cheers

Cheers I think he sounded incredible, it’s the best he’s sounded in a long time! It’s just something that I’ve noticed, I don’t believe I was complaining just something I see he does; he’s done it ever since he stopped singing the higher bits in Live Forever. No need to be condescending.

We're all entitled to our opinions, you stated yours and I've stated mine. With that I bid you a pleasant evening & all the best. Cheers

Thanks. You're welcome. Just don't call me a hero. Do you know who the real heroes are? The guys like you who wake up every morning, and go into their normal jobs, and get a distress call from the commissioner, and take off their glasses and change into capes and fly around fighting crime. You're the real heroes.... Thanks.

Noel's probably shitting himself. Liam's on top form Why would Noel be shitting himself? You know back in the day, when Oasis was at their zenith, got booked to play the highly prestigious and influential MTV Unplugged, Liam fucking bailed last minute. Easy to dismiss that now but at the time it was a huge huge deal making headlines all over the musical world. It was a moment they would never get back. Of course we all wanted Liam to do unplugged back at his peak and Oasis’ peak. I’m happy and excited Liam crushed it in 2019 but he also should have CRUSHED it in 1996. Instead we fans got shit on.

Oasís was the last big band to do Unplugged in Unplugged's hay day......Líam blew that opportunity. Another reason why Oasís never really became a worldwide sustained band..... Thanks.

That and totally fucking up the single & production choices for BHN. DYKWIM shouldn't have been the first single (I Hope I Think I Know should've been, followed by Don't Go Away not too long after that).

DYKWIM shouldn't have been the first single (I Hope I Think I Know should've been, followed by Don't Go Away not too long after that). Don't even get me started!!! Oasis should have deployed a different release strategy in America. This was still a time when you could curate the narrative of a band since sharing music in 1997 was very very hard. Internet was a baby, dial up connections, no social media, nobody knew what was going on in England and likewise in America. You had to go to Barnes and Noble, read the music mags to get an idea. It was dumb but also exhilarating. USA singles.... 1) Don't Go Away - Oasis owed all their USA success to Wonderwall. When people think of Oasis in America they think of this alternative ballad. Don't Go Away was the closest to this. 2) Stand By Me - Granted it would need a radio edit. Nobody was playing 6 minute singles stateside in 1997. That is what killed DYKWIM. Sure it got the immediate plays on radio and MTV, but that was out of the success and blind loyalty of what Morning Glory did. After that first week or two that video disappeared forever. Bummer. 3) I Hope, I Think, I Know - Short, sweet and rocking.

Weird version of champagne supernova cut in half wtf. It was like they ran out of time and cut it abruptly..
The rest was pretty good bar the soft guitarists who manage to be even too soft on an acoustic guitar. Ditch them already. You can’t have a lead guitarist that bad.
Luckily bonehead to the rescue on some oasis songs to add a bit of punch.

Can't believe Noel isn't somewhat proud that those genious songs he wrote are being done so much justice by his brother.
Sad Song is epic. Up there with the Live By The Sea and Maine Road gigs for me.
Thank you Liam. Thank you Noel.
