Course he fucking has. Just like he'll have listened to all the Beady Eye songs. It's just much cooler to pretend you haven't.

Imagine a film about Noel. It'd just be him having his hair dyed by his wife and then emptying a bottle of volumiser onto his head every morning.

IIRC there was barely any mention of Noel in the film.
And he goes on calling Liam sexist and misogynist and then calls him a vagina a few moments later.

If calling someone a cnut is sexist/misogynistic, then what is it if you call someone a dick?

"Considering that every time I see that vagina’s face, I want to fucking take out a McDonald’s with a machine gun".
Couldn't sound any more like modern day Morrissey if he tried. Sad really. It's getting really nasty, both sides.

I like Noel and I know he wrote the classic Oasis songs. But to say they are his songs and pretty much say Liam had nothing to do with them becoming classics is stupid.

They are his songs. He wrote them. The records are Oasis, the songs are Noel. Its pretty simple.

Plus Let's be honest Noel had a loads of help with a lot of the early songs either from the real people or just blatant stealing.

At that media love in of a press conference he pretended he hadn't listened to their album. Then when asked about BE songs he said he'd heard the singles on the radio. Call me cynical but i cant imagine him discovering Beady Eye's latest tune whilst ironing his pants listening to Radio X

Yea Noel, no one ever heard of the doors. Guess the real people stopped writing tunes he could pinch so he had to pillage Morrison’s grave.

IIRC there was barely any mention of Noel in the film. And he goes on calling Liam sexist and misogynist and then calls him a vagina a few moments later. Err... what? The entire opening 10 minutes was a bout the breakup (fair enough, but that was about Noel too). Then there was a fair chunk of the middle bit about Noel. Last 10 mins, all about how 'Liam wants his brother back'. Liam may well do. But he has a funny way of going about things. Yeh, it's all a wind up maybe, but Noel clearly doesn't see it that way. Liam and Noel are both to blame here. Noel had every right not to do Liam a favour for the film. Every right. I'm sure if there had been cash involved Noel would have taken it. I imagine that's what he demanded. A fee, or no music.

That documentary was a shame, a massive PR machine to make Liam look good about everything, when clearly, his personal life is a mess from start to finish.
Noel was never easy on Liam in interview, but AS It WAs is a new low.
Liam should focus on music and get away from nasty people who only think money, coz it's worsening their relationship. Before As it was, there was hope for a reunion, now...

Yeah was really good of the real people to let oasis have Live Forever and Supersonic and leave all the shit songs for themselves. Real heroes.

The reunion's been out of the question for years, one documentary won't make a difference

The documentary is a decent watch. It's not Supersonic, but there's some really nice moments. Not amazing, but a good, solid 7/10. There is a fair bit of Noel bashing in it (which I expected) but at times - and I said this right after watching it - it just crossed a bit of a line that didn't really need to be crossed. I do think it brought it back with comments from Liam and Debbie at the end, though. It's not the insults. They were funny. It's when, at certain times of the film, it basically became 'blame Noel' for a few minutes at a time.
