Roman Abramovich has lost interest over the last couple seasons, and currently can’t get a VISA to work in the UK.
Chelsea are currently 6th in the Premier League after 26 matches this season, 2018/19 and are facing the very real prospect of no Champions League for two consecutive seasons.
Sarri is most certainly going to be sacked if not in the next few weeks, most certainly once the season ends.
Hazard, their star player, looks to be leaving in the summer as his contract will be expiring after one more year.
Chelsea have been hit by a two window transfer ban - although there’s questions over when it will be implemented due to the lengthy appeal process.
Kepa completely humiliated Sarri during the Carabao Cup Final (which Chelsea lost on penalties) by refusing to come off. What a disgraceful club where players have disrespected their manager quite a few times over the last four or five years.
Essentially, Chelsea are a club that have completely lost the plot. And it’s great to watch!
This is exactly why being run by a billionaire is inferior to being self-sufficient in the long run. Chelsea’s model is simply unsustainable.

So in summary, Chelsea are now in a very similar position to Arsenal?

Everton 2-0 Chelsea
Oh dear, oh dear. Chelsea lost their game in hand, and remain in 6th. I don’t see them finishing in the top 4, which means no Champions League football next season, Sarri to be sacked, Hazard to leave, and no new players due to the transfer ban. On the demise, indeed.
