Gas Panic! I remember judging it by the title and deciding it was not worth listening to it but then I changed my mind and gave it a try and now I proper love it and it's in my top 3 Oasis songs even. Never judge a book by its cover, I guess

The title didn't sound too good to me so I didn't really bother with it, then I was watching familiar to millions and I thought Liam's performance of it was unreal. Amazing tune.

If I remember, I wasn't a big fan of stand by me when I first heard it. I didn't really like the bit at the end of the chorus where it goes a bit odd. However it's really grown on me recently.

Columbia, I first thought it was too long and weirdly unmelodic. Now I love it

Bring It On Down.
I was young when I first heard it, I put a copy of Definitely Maybe on and listened to it and on it came and being the stupid little kid I was, I couldn't bear to listen to it. I turned it off, along with the rest of the CD and ditched it for about 1 year or something. Only when I heard Stand By Me/Don't Go Away on Dream Team on Sky 1 did I want to know who the band was. When I finally listened to Bring It On Down again, I loved it and have done ever since.
Also, honourable mention to All Around The World which I first heard when I was watching Top Of The Pops with my older sister. Oasis were "performing" the song and I hated it (all the singer is doing is shouting na na na, that's stupid) but as I have grown older, I have LOVED the song. More so with every passing week

Wonderwall. This is before I was an Oasis fan of course. I was just a prog rock snob sick of people asking for it every time they saw my guitar.
AND THEN...

I had only listened to DOYS in a random order and for some reason that track never came on back in the day. Since i don´t rate the album very highly i assumed that one was also shit...but boy was i wrong.

Yeah, now you are replying with that Mighty Boosh gif and when I asked is there any Mighty Boosh fan here to help me with something, no one replied live4ever.proboards.com/thread/89510/any-mighty-boosh-fans-helpAnd I´m not saying that it is shite, I said that I thought it was shite, which is what is this topic is about. After first few listens, I thought that it was just another uninspired Noel´s song. That intro is like Supersonic rip-off, basic Noel´s song structure, shit production. And there is some truth in that but there is also something magical about that song and I didn´t feel it then.

I didn’t like RNRS for the longest time.
Now, that’s fair enough as I was 10 when I firmly got into Oasis. Most 10 year olds have no idea what RNRS embodies. But by age 15 the sentiment was ever salient and I finally appreciated the message and attitude. Top track.
