Yeah I know, but it's just an example of one of many things that Noel has said one thing about and done another. Just because he said he wouldn't get a twitter account doesn't mean he never would. He only criticises it because of Liam anyway. |

The pressure is off? Liam hasn't been mentioning Noel as much, Noel has a #1 album that's still selling well, and he has good ticket sales for his tour. |

This is the funniest thing I've seen from either Gallagher in a while.  But I think Noel missed a huge opportunity in not using this persona to promote WBTM in the days leading up to its release. NME would go crazy with speculation about a Noel Gallagher Twitter account called "Dem Scissors". Now that it's the tour, fewer eyes are watching. |

Just replied to me - I’ve changed the podcast name on twitter to Dem Scissors Podcast and it replied asking for royalties... very Noel to think about money... plus I wonder if it’s a sly dig about the fact I call it the Oasis Podcast and use the Cannon logo and Oasis music in the episodes without permission or paying any royalties...?!?

In 1997 Noel played in a Free Tibet gig. He's since been banned from entering China...
This was waaaaay back. I couldn't, for the life of me remember this unprompted... It took me a while to gather the reasons for it when I read this tweet. It was a long time ago, it wasn't that much of a big deal then and don't remember it being mentioned since.
Honestly don't believe anyone would remember it and actively reply to someone regarding the question... Unless... Its the person itself and actually knows of the ban.
